I want to introduce you to Mattie's biological parents

Her dad, Jackson

Her mom, Ruby

They were SO sweet and really friendly in a wild way just like Mattie. Mattie had no littermates, and they doted on their only child. Unfortunately, we got the tragic news that Jackson passed away soon after we brought Mattie home. During a party, he slipped out and was hit by a car. I'm so sad that his little life ended far too soon, and so grateful that he lived long enough to bring Mattie into the world.
