Before I start this book let me just say that I didn't come up with any of the quotes, messages or speeches, and that they all belong to YouTubers and I just make edits of the quotes that those YouTubers have said. Now that that's out of the way, I hope you guys will like reading this short book and that you guys will learn something from it.

I decided to make this book because I've been feeling down recently and these messages really helped me. I hope that it'll help you guys too. I'll start updating the chapters from next week onwards.
