Sam finished stitching up the man's side, Amanda had left already. He wrapped Dawn's side, just like how he did for Dean yesterday.

"So you brought Castiel in?" Sam said, helping the man stand. "Ya, I had met him earlier . He's a pretty chill guy." Dawn explained, letting go of Sam and standing on his own. "Thanks" Dawn said, as he started to leave the room.

"Wait," Sam said, Dawn held the door and looked at Sam. "So did you drive him here to the city, Castiel I mean?" He asked, Dawn let the door go allowing it to close. "Uh ya, how did you know? Do you know him? I swear I'm not the one who hurt him." Dawn said the last part fast as Sam stepped forward. "Ya I know him. I was just guessing, my brother and I have been looking for him." Sam explained.

"He's not in trouble or anything, is he?"

"No, not with us at least." They both left the room. Dawn went to the waiting room and was welcomed by a man and woman. The woman looked over at Sam, then ran over to him, as he started to leave. "Doctor!" He stopped. "Thank you for stitching up my brother." She said, a hand on Sams arm. "Your welcome." Sam said, facing the young woman. "Hey, I've seen you before, or at least a picture of you. Are you Sam? I didn't think you'd be a doctor." She said all at once. "I'm Rose, I called you on Castiels phone." She added, holding her hand out.

"Oh, thanks... I'm Sam." Sam said awkwardly after a few moments.

"Sammy, we're leaving." Dean said, running past Sam. There were two security guards chasing him. "Well thanks for the call about Castiel. But I've got to go." Sam said with a kind smile. "Was that Dean?" Rose asked, Sam nodded. "Castiel talked about him quiet a lot, I think he likes him you can tell by the way he talked about him." Rose said, almost to fast for Sam to catch. "Well you better go." She said smiling then heading back to her brother and the other guy. Sam stood there a little longer as he thought of what she had just told him.
