Dmitri came back a few minutes after Dean had finished the food he had been given. That's when he noticed that this nurse looked quiet a lot like Cas. As Dmitri picked up the empty tray he noticed Dean staring at him. "Anything else sir?" He asked.

Dean went to say something but started to cough. He had coughed up some blood. The nurse set down the tray and rushed back to the bedside to check on Dean. He picked up a clipboard and pen and handed it to his patient. "Write down your name, and any other important information for me." He pause. "I'll be back with a doctor." Dean held the clipboard as he watched Cas' double leave the room.

Dean started to write. First he wrote the last place he remembered being, the warehouse, knowing there would be no evidence of anything there, then he wrote his name down, his real name «Dean Winchester».

When he had finished writing the nurse entered the room again this time joined by a female doctor. Dean handed the clipboard and pen back to the nurse. "Thank you." Dmitri said, looking it over quickly before handing it to the doctor, that had followed him in.

"Dean Winchester." The doctor read aloud. "So Mr. Winchester." Dean shook his head at that. "Dean?" The doctor said, he nodded. "Alright, so Dean. You wrote that the last place you remember being was in a warehouse." The doctor paused, Dean nodded. "Are you able to tell me why you were in the said warehouse? Do you work there?" The doctor finished talking and handed the clipboard back, along with the pen, so he could write his response.

«Family business» Dean wrote before handing it back. The doctor let out a sign and then handed it to the nurse. The nurse did the the same thing Cas does when he's confused, he scrunched up his nose a little and tilted his head to the side then looked to Dean.

Dean got the clipboard back a quickly before the doctor and nurse left scribbled out «Sam» he the through the pen and them right as the door was about to close. The pen had gone over Demitri's head and hit the doctor in the head who turned around. The two walked back in the room and over to their patient. They read the scribbled name, then proceeded to look at him confused. "Who's Sam?" Dimitri asked, Dean wrote «brother. Is he here?». After they read it they shook their heads. Dimitri explained that he wasn't even sure how Dean had gotten here or when he had actually gotten here.

Dean rolled onto his side, trying to remember what had happened. One the doctor and nurse left he sat up. He sat on the edge of the bed for a while. He was trying I figure out how he got here. He thought maybe Cas, maybe he knew they were in trouble so he used the little bit of grace he had given him to save them. But then thought why would Cas put me in a hospital instead of back at the bunker. Then it hit him Gabriel. He had tried to call them before as they got to the warehouse. Maybe Gabriel had saved them both.

He stopped thinking to much about what had happened and decided to get out of the hospital. He reached out to the crutches that were by the bed, knowing he'd need them for support. He tucked them under his arms and stood up, more pain shoot through him he almost fell back down due to the pain. He limped over, slowly, to a chair that sat in the corner by the door, the chair had his cloths folded nice and neatly on it.

He changed in to his clothes, that had seemed to have been washed. He leaned one crutch against the wall while keeping the other for support. He pulled on his pants, droped the hospital gown and pulled on a shirt before throwing on his jacket. Once he was dressed he headed for the door, opening it and looking around before stepping out.

Dean headed down the hall way sticking to the walls, incase he fell and so he could jump in a near by room if needed. Good thing too because right as he came up to a door he saw his nurse just up ahead, luckily he didn't see him so he jumped in to the room. He ended up actually tripping over the crutch and falling in to the room, he heard someone laugh from with in the room. He definitely didn't find it funny, he had landed on one of the crutches right were the bandages were covering.

"Do you need help?" He heard the person who had laughed say. Dean looked up and was greeted by a young boy in a wheelchair, the boys hand was stretched out offering help. Dean took the boys hand trying to not pull him out of his chair in the prof getting up. "If you're trying to avoid doctors at the moment you're in the wrong place at the moment. A nurse will be her in less than a minute." The boy explained, Dean panicked a little.

"Good morning James. How are you today?" The nurse said as he entered the room. Dean had managed to duck in to the closet right before the nurse entered. It was a good thing to because it was Dimitri, his nurse. Dean ended up bidding in the closet for a little over 10 minutes. "Okay you good. You can come out now if you want." The young boy, James, said knocking on the door to the closet. Dean emerging from the closet. Dean nodded his head and tried to say thanks to the boy. "No problem, I use to hide from the doctors too. Well good luck to you." James said, smiling widely at Dean. "Good luck. To you too." He managed to say, he voice sounded rough and scratchy.

Dean left the room as countined down the hallway, out of the hospital. When he finally got outside he searched for a pa phone, he had enough money in his pocket to call Sam to come get him. The closets phone was across the street. He struggled crossing the street and when he finally reached the phone he was out of breath. He was leaning on the crutches and against the pay phone as he insisted his money and dialed Sam's number.

"Hello?" Sam's voice rang over the phone.

"Sammy. I'm across the road from Kansas general hospital." Dean said in to the phone.

"I'll be right there. Stay put!" Sam said before hanging up.

Dean got back his change and started to limped over to a near by bench. He could feel the pain in his stomach area getting worst, he had no clue how bad he looked under the bandages. His bandaged arms also started to hurt. Everything started to spin and get blurry, as he pushed himself to get to the bench. Sounds started to sound like echos from far away the he started to black out. He crashed down on to the pavement.
