This fanfiction is an original work inspired by films, TV shows, and comics. All characters (excluding OCs) belong to the creators of the DC Universe. The novel within its own storyline, includes the author's interpretations of the DC characters. Other DC character novels on the author's profile differ in plotlines, although include most of the same characters.

Author Note:

I got the idea for this story recently and decided that I would begin a new fan fiction. I am aware that I already have a couple projects on my profile, but what's one more? Besides, it's not like they're being discontinued, they're just currently on hold. At the same time, I won't be able to update this story often either 'cause I'll be busy with school work and whatnot. I will be busy this week but after that I'll try to upload at least an excerpt/preview of the story, which I'm sure you'll all like. (Hopefully).

When first coming up with the idea for the story as well as my other projects, I had the thought of making it more original, but still with elements or similar moments from the different media that I got the inspiration from. It gives me something to work/start off with and from there I can mould the story to my own interests and experiment with the characters, while maintaining their original personality and behavioural traits. There is nothing worse in a fanfiction (at least to myself) than for the characters to be remotely unrealistic, or for the chapters to be really short, Eg. 1 paragraph.

I like stories with lots of detail (but not the unnecessary kind), structure, and a decent plotline (I'm SO over the clichés where the OC or main character immediately gets together or falls in love with the intended love interest within the first few chapters). There is no logic in the sequence of events that occur and when I read it I just think, "What the hell? There is NO way that would happen in real life." I try to think about how a particular character would act, what they would say or do in real life if they were to actually exist. This helps when trying to write something more original to the hundreds of books that I've read before, fanfiction or otherwise. Keeping this in mind while writing helps ensure that your book is a more entertaining read and will help it stand out against all the other stories which pretty much all have similar storylines. Anyway, I shall leave the author note here. I hope that you found this bit of information useful and that you will enjoy the fanfiction that is to be continuously uploaded in the near future.
