This quirk is clearly a video game reference.

When the user looks at a person or object, they can see its statistics. The stats aren't really all planned out, but it's like Speed, Strength, Stamina, Stealth, Luck, etc.)

For people, it's usually stats that players have when they play a game. For objects, it's usually durability or degradation statistics.

This quirk is free, so just ask for permission if you wanna use it.
