When Quirks were first discovered, people without them weren't as rare
But like with all things in life, change is unavoidable
As quirks became the normal, those who had none were deemed as outcasts or freaks to society
Most of Quirkless people had taken their lives even at the youngest ages of nine years
As quirks were often discovered/fully developed at age four

Twins Izuku and Yuia Midoriya are a strange case of Quirkless twins
At most, one twin is Quirkless while the other has a quirk
Izuku and Yuia both were born quirkless
This lead down the road despite how kind and caring they were to everyone around them, to be outcasts and bullied horribly

Over the years it worsened for the two, when their childhood friend Katsuge Bakugo left their friendship and turn bully, telling the twins to take a nosedive from a rooftop to get quirks

The two twins still stayed strong as they could, living by an old pact the two made before they even knew of their quirkless issues where when they became heroes they would not only be the best as their favorite hero All Might, but also work together no matter what agency they were apart of
And if one twin dies, so does the other

When they couldn't take it anymore, they were going to fall through with it
Until they were stopped by the voices of their quirks

For Izuku? The Toa Nuva and Toa Takanuva of the island Mata Nui
For Yuia? The Toa-Glatorian and Toa/the Great Spirit Mata Nui

Now of their powerful quirks and All For One
Are these two able to be the shining lights of Unity, Duty, Destiny and Hope Japan needs of heroes?

He continued, "And for Yuia Midoriya," another wise males voice spoke in both their heads, this one was less gruff than the others and held a tranquil and calm air to it, "We are the Toa-Glatorian and of the Great Spirit Mata Nui, her quirk."

"Elemental Detroit," "Angelic Harmony," Izuku railed his fist back in a punch manner as he felt All For One and the Toa's powers form around his fist as Yuia raised her golden sword above her head which had a golden light around it which could be seen throughout the area of the auditorium gaining the attentions of the Pro's watching and the other contestants.

The twins opened their eyes, Izuku's usual green eyes were now rainbow of the Toa's in control of him while Yuia's were a pure white with flecks of gold as the glowed, "SMASH!" "SLASH!"
