Trio is having dinner at night. Piya is munching away while ranting about how much she missed the two of them, what she did on the trip, how soon they will go on a family outing, etc.

Neela and Avni are simply staring at each other as they think how to approach her in conversation. She exudes happiness. Piya looked at their faces and raised an eyebrow when she didn't receive a response.

Piya questioned, "Do you both want to say something?"

"Yes. Avni wants to say", Neela said while watching Avni.
While she made a gesture toward Neela. "Maa, It's you actually who need to say"

"Are you guys afraid of me? Seriously?" Piya said, looking at them intently, "Come on now, go ahead", She knew If it's not something important, then no one among them would hesitate to say anything.

Neela held her hand while inhaling deeply. "Baccha, I've had a brain tumor for the past six months. Medicines are currently not working. The doctor advised a surgery."

Piya was more than surprised by this. It took her mind almost a few minutes to process what Neela had just said. She could not even imagine that her mother had been ill for six months and she was completely unaware of it. She is hurt too. Her eyes began to tear up.

Piya gave Neela a hug. "Maa, you were going through so much pain while I was living my life foolishly. How can I be such a bad daughter and not realize it?"

Avni caressed Piya's face and said, "Piya, we don't want you to worry that's why didn't tell you earlier."

Neela wiped away her tears and said, "Now stop crying."

"But hold on, the doctor recommended surgery. What are you guys waiting for?" Piya questioned, "Maa will be fine after the surgery, right?"

"There is only a 30–40% chance that the surgery will be successful", Avni said

Piya was again taken aback by this, and she grew silent.

"We must make a choice right away. We have limited time to wait. So, could you both please share your thoughts?" Avni questioned.

Neela said, "I think we should go ahead with the surgery."

"I agree with neela maa, their is 40% chance. We must think positively."
Piya is unable to answer further.

"Okay then, I'll speak with Dr. Gupta to get ready for the procedure," Avni said before grabbing her phone and leaving.

Neela had a dream and woke up suddenly at midnight. She takes a sip of water and noticed that her daughters were hugging their mother while peacefully dozing off on both sides of her. While thinking, she kissed each of their foreheads.

"Why did I suddenly remember events that occurred 25 years ago? Coming up is Avni & Piya's 25th birthday. I can't be sure if I'll be alive or not until then. Also power of their lockets will be over too. What will happen after that is unknown to me. All I care about is their safety. Now is the time to tell them the truth before I pass away."

2 days later...

"Everything is set up for the surgery. Before that, we conducted all necessary tests. Neela should now be brought into the operating room," Ashish instructed.

Neela is told to lie on the bed by Avni and Piya.

Neela said, "Baccha, I have something to say to both of you."

Both Piya & Avni held her hands. "Maa, please don't be afraid, ok? We want our brave mother to fight and return to us."

"I want to say something to you both first. I want to let you know that I'm not your biological mother. I just took care of your upbringing. But I cherish you both as much as my own kids. Your mother's name was Ayesha Parikh, but I am unsure of her current state of health. And someone wants to kill you both, which is something very significant.", Neela advised them to "just be safe baccha and take care of each other."

They both just stared at each other in amazement, unable to process this information. However, right now, what matters to them is their mother, who is crying.

"You are our mother, neela maa. Now, don't stress yourself out," avni advised.

"And we really do love you," Piya added.

Neela smiled, and they led her into the OT. Ashish remained there and continued to listen to their conversations.

Avni folded her hands. "Doctor, I request you not to let our neela maa suffer any harm."

They both tried to hold back their tears as they pleaded for her life. Ashish said, "Don't worry, just pray for her." He then entered the OT.

Inside operation theatre;

"So, you're not really their mother." Ashish inquired, "I thought you got married."

Neela responded, "I am not like you who moved on in life very easily."

"Neela, I didn't get married until now. There was no one else for me besides you."

Neela said sarcastically, "But you chose your carrier over me."

"I've really missed your sarcastic remarks." Ashish reassured her, "Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you. " He then gave her an injection of anesthesia.

After a two-hour operation, Ashish and other staff members arrived outside the OT. Piya and Avni both ran in his direction.

Both simultaneously inquired, "How is she?"

"We must observe her for 24 hours before making any further statements.", Ashish said in a dejected tone, " It would be difficult to save her if she didn't regain consciousness in that time."

Now, Piya and Avni are more tense. Since he believed their prayers and love might help Neela, Ashish gave them permission to meet her.

Avni and Piya are trying to talk with Neela while holding her hand. Avni's head started hurting all of a sudden. She stood up from the chair, held her head steady, and shut her eyes.
Piya gave her a perplexed look. Avni suddenly feels lightheaded and collapses onto Neela. She passed out while placing her right hand on Neela's heart. And refused to even get up from her spot when Piya tried to wake her up. Piya hurried outside to call the doctor as a result.
Neela had already regained consciousness when Piya and Dr. Ashish returned, and Avni was holding her hand and smiling.

"Neela maa, you're awake?" Piya asked curiously, "And avni what happened to you suddenly, you fainted some minutes ago."

"I just had a headache, piya, and it's all better now." Avni replied, "And see neela maa also woke up."

Neela had a checkup by Ashish.

"It truly seems like a miracle. She suddenly regains consciousness within an hour, but it's good news because it means she is no longer in danger," Ashish said.

Avni questioned, "Doctor, when can we take her home?"

"She must stay here for at least 5 days. After that, you can take her home. Allow her to rest for a while now. You guys can visit her in the evening," Ashish said.

"All right, doctor, but we'll only be outside." Piya declared, "We are not leaving without our maa."

They both remained in the hospital. However, only one person is permitted to spend the night in the hospital with the patient, so piya stayed and forcibly sent avni home.

Avni struggles to fall asleep at midnight as she muses over what truly happened in the hospital. She was experiencing strange feelings when her head began to spin and she fell on Neela, but she soon awoke. She continued to stroke Neela's head as her eyes gradually began to open.

Five days went by, and both daughters took excellent care of Neela. And they are surprised to see that even doctor Ashish is very kind to Neela; he visits her at least four or five times a day for checkups, which is strange because it doesn't seem like a typical behavior for a doctor to have. Avni had a very strong impression that they were very close, but she opted to speak with Neela later. She completed all necessary discharge procedures.

According to ashish, Neela should come for routine checkups at least once a month.

Neela has finally returned home, and she is under strict orders to get lots of rest & not permitted to do anything or leave the house.

This continued for a month, and neela is now doing just fine. She is in her room, sitting. "Avni & Piya turn 25 the following week. I'm so happy that I'm still around to see both of my Angels. I should prepare a surprise for them and tell them everything on that day. Just hope their lives are filled with joy on their birthday as well."

Neela burst a balloon in Avni and Piya's room and turned on the lights as they were fast asleep. They quickly opened their eyes and got out of bed. With a cake in her hands, Neela is standing there. Even friends of Avni and Piya who came to wish them at 12 are present, including Juhi, Vidyut, Riddhima, and others.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear avni & piya, happy birthday to you", Everyone applauded for them while singing the song.
When they blow out the candles, they both make a wish, and unsurprisingly, they just want their family to continue to be happy forever. Everyone retired to their rooms after the cake cutting.

Avni and Piya had a grand birthday party with all the friends & well wishers.
At night, both the sisters are keeping their head in neela's lap & she gathered the courage to tell them everything.

"Neela maa, was that true whatever you told us in hospital that day?", Piya asked

"Yes baccha", neela told them everything about how she did ayesha's delivery in a cave & a person who was trying to kill them & another person who saved them & giving the lockets he told neela to run away with the babies & not to come back here again.

"I didn't gave birth to you both, but I loved you like my own children. And I am sorry that I couldn't find out about your real mother whether she is alive or not. I don't wanted to put your lives in danger by going there again. And the person also said, that only destiny can bring you both back to this place again. Don't know what is going to happen after your 25th birthday."

"No matter who gave birth to us. But you are our mother neela maa. It's not a small thing to raise someone's else  kids like your own. But you did it. You gave your whole life to us", avni said

"Yes maa, avni is absolutely right. Thankyou for saving our life & protecting us", piya also supported avni.

Neela smiles.
"I don't know much, but you both are 25 years old now. I am very scared for both of you"

"Of hoo neela maa, your daughter's are born fighters. Don't know about avni but I just love adventures. So let the problems come, we will fight back", piya said jumping in excitement.

"What you mean by don't know about avni. Am I seems to be a coward? For your kind information, I can go to any extent to protect my loved ones. And she is right maa, you don't need to worry at all", avni replied

Next day
Neela & avni is having breakfast together.

"Piya didn't woke up yet?", Avni asked

"Let her sleep sweety, she is tired", neela replied

"Maa, you are spoiling her"

"Not at all baccha, even I want you also to enjoy your life. In fact, I think you should take a break from business & go travel somewhere & have fun. Till then I will manage everything", neela said

"What a brilliant idea maa, but one thing you said wrong. Instead of me, you should go somewhere and enjoy"

"I knew it, you are not gonna listen to me", neela made a sad face.

"Obviously maa, you had a major surgery last month & how could you think that I will give you burden of business?", Avni continued, "And I forgot to ask you one thing. What's there with you and doctor Ashish?"

Neela widened her eyes with this question of avni. She looked the other side & started drinking water.

"Maa, you can tell me no problem. And don't try to lie ok. I am not a kid, I can sense everything. Come on speak up now"

"Actually, me & Ashish loved each other in college time. We was about to get married also... We both was doing medical but my parents didn't liked our profession. They want us to leave it & Ashish should do some business. Even his parents wanted a housewife for him. When he got the chance, he choosed his career over me and left. I went to India after completing my studies there I got you both & I decided not to get married & just became your mother.
So many years later I saw him in the hospital. He also didn't married anyone else. But anyways it doesn't matter now", neela is having tears in her eyes but avni hugged her tightly.

Avni (in mind): Maa did so much for us & still doing now it's our turn to do something for her.

Avni is working in her cabin when Vivaan came inside.

Vivaan: Thank god neela aunty is fine. And now you have to take back your responsibilities, I am tired handling all the works in your absence.

Avni: Thankyou so much Vivaan. I can't leave maa & piya alone after her surgery & I trust you to handle all the work.

Vivaan: Haan it's ok, and madam now would you like to take a look on that Palace property? Trust me, it will be very profitable for us.

Avni: Ok sure Vivaan give me that file. I will study it today.

Vivaan: Here you go.
He handed her the file. Avni took it & left towards home.
