Backstory: She was hunting when she saw a fake mouse. She swooped down to catch it but a net triggered. She was taken back to a lab, where scientists decided what to do with her. After some thought, they decided to inject her. The injection, which mostly contained Technetium, hurt so much, she snapped. Her eyes are now silver, pink, and blueish and her body glows the same colors at night. Touching her is dangerous since every form of technetium is radioactive.
