I clicked off of Skype and went out of Marks recording room. Mark was eating some steamed veggies with Ryan, Matt, and Daniel.

"How did you like her?", Mark asked with a smile.

" I have meet her at comic con and she is pretty cool", I said.

"I am inviting her and Jack to come down for Halloween if that is okay with you", Mark said.

"Yea, that is fine", I said getting a plate and getting some veggies on it. I sat down and Matt and Daniel told a story about how a fan of there spotted them and flipped out.

"She was with her dad and her dad looked at us and gave us like this jacked up look, kind of like his way of saying What did you do to my daughter? Kind of thing", Matt said. I giggled.

"Well, probably a lot of fans parents dads do that", I said.

"Oh, but like this girl came running up to us and was like take a selfie with me and everything", Daniel said taking a  bite of his broccoli.

"At least you know people like you", I said.

"Right", Daniel said. We ate our food in silence.

"K I am going to record something", Mark said getting up and cleaning his plate and heading off to his room. I got up and went to go finish my drawing of Jack in my journal. I left to my bed room and pulled out my note book and turned to the page where Jacks face was half drawn. I? picked up the pencil and drew again. It had been a while since I had drawn. At my real parents home my whole room was covered with pictures and drawings of stuff that I made and all of what I believed to be my friends. I kept my hand steady as my mind began to wander to different moments in my life when I felt trapped and there was no way out. Then the drawing was done.  It looked better than what I expected, to good. I decided to write a poem to just waste time. I had a part of the lyrics and what the poem  would be about. It would go like this:

Can you see the pain in my eyes?

Somethings you cant change, for only a laugh can

Don't let go of what you have, and take it for granted

There is more to this world, and more people

You are a big part of the world and you don't need to leave

Find where you belong even if it takes a while, it will all be worth it in time

You have friends out there just like you, some one to make you smile when things are blue, people who don't care how crazy you are, and want to be there for you

You will find them one day

I believe in you

I know it was not much but this was how I felt. When I was alone. When my life was gone and I discovered that I did not have true friends. When I attended school there was this guy who I liked who was named Jordan. And Jordan was the only one that when he found out about my parents he went over to me and said "You got the soul of a great person don't ever let it drag you down. I believe in you",. I never saw him ever again after I went to my foster parents home. Now I was crying and thinking about how thankful I was that Mark was there even when he wasn't. When you saw him and Jack on the screen they weren't just guys. People looked upon them as there seconded dad and a best friend. Any way while finishing writing the poem tears streamed down my face. I don't know why but I felt sad. I wiped my face and put my pencil down closing my note book and getting on to my phone. I looked at my phone and Annalee had been texting me.

ANNALEE: Hey what you up too?

MADDIE: Notthin just writing in my note book

ANNALEE; Okay well I will talk to you tomorrow Jack and I got to go shopping with some of Jacks friends see ya

MADDIE; bye

I looked at the time and it was already 5 oclock.

"Whoa", I said. I put my phone down and got in to some pjs and went out in to the living room where Matt and Ryan were playing Twister. Ryan was on top of Matt with one hand under a leg in a pretzel. I giggled.

"Maddie you want to watch a movie with us?", Matt asked.

"Sure", I said.

"We are going to watch a bunch of Pokémon is that okay?", Ryan said.

"Sure", I said. I ran to the microwave and popped some popcorn. The smell of the popcorn filled the apartment.

"Smells good out here", Mark said opening his recording room door sticking his head out and walking out.

"Pokémon Watching deserves popcorn", I said.

"Agreed", Matt said. I pulled the pop corn out of the microwave and poured it in to a bowl. I felt happy and plopped on to the couch next to Mark and Daniel. I ate a piece of popcorn and Mark turned on Netflix snapping on the first ever session of Pokémon. I knew the theme song by heart and so did Mark so we sang the whole thing. We watched Pokémon until 7 when Mark made us some bacon and we ate it.

"Meat is the best thing on earth", Mark said.

"That is the truth", I said.

"Yup", Ryan said. Mark passed out the bacon and we watched Gravity Falls. My favorite character in Mable because she is crazy and fun. I think I fell asleep after the 20th episode. I love my family and Pokémon.
