If  Asu makes eye contact and hears their voice with their target even for at least 2 seconds,the targets spirals into a state of confusion and makes them loose touch with reality for about 10 minutes! (5 mins if the target looks at their eyes only),the quirk also "bounces" off of reflective objects (eg: mirror- or some other things-)(Asu tries to elongate the time period of his quirk) but,if the target somehow manages to continue to look at asu's eyes,they might spiral into maddness and try to hurt asu in any way possible.

Extra:

Asu can't control his quirk so they cover their eyes to make sure people don't get affected; when she's not using it,such user's of this quirk don't get affected by the quirk themselves,but asu does if she's not careful enough.

Asu is good at acrobatics and is  v e r y  flexible,and uses this to his advantage while fighting
