The foxy mask was hand made by Michael when he was 10, he used it to torment Evan when he was just 6 years old, but Evan didn't really much fear because he was a tough lil dude but there were times where he would just utterly fear it. After Elizabeth and Brody were handed over to William and Victoria, Michael handed down the mask to Evan so he could torment Elizabeth which failed because she didn't seem to be scared of it. But Evan did start tormenting Brody when he was barely a 3 year old giving him frequent hallucinations and awful nightmares about his brother.
