So 'I' can't really decided on a reason for why Michael bullied CC so ummmmmm 'imma' let you guys choose-

Idea #1: Michael bullied CC for at least two reasons those being number one,wanting spotlight on himself so others would notice him and number two, did it for fun to entertain himself when bored or stressed.Also when he had a advantage too,he would make fun of CC for doing these things,those being these;catching CC playing with dolls,any type of drawing CC did and sometimes the way CC dresses

Idea #2:He got influenced by William because when Mike was a child, he and Will would go out to some places those being the store,park or anywhere in particular. William would pratically scare children making them cry. Since Mike saw Will do this he got encouraged and decided to torment his 'brother' if he ever had one in the future(Which he did thanks to William adopting CC)

Idea #3:Mike honestly hated children,especially the ones that cry for $+^?!c| reasons. When CC arrived to the house Mike would observe his mood every single day at first CC wasn't that much of a 'crybaby'(As Mike would say) but he got like some sort idea and one day took out his Foxy mask and put it on. He hid under CC's bed and gave him a good scare causing him to cry. The moment Mike heard him cry he thought he would stop but he didn't, that made Michael extremely annoyed to a point to where he slapped CC on purpose.Ever since that day Mike had targeted CC as his target of tormenting-

Idea #4: He tormented CC so he could give him some extremely good childhood trauma so CC would hate him when they got older ;v;
