Damian hummed as he walked along the side of the sidewalk with Lavender and Tyler, purring at the couple. They were sophomores while Damian was a freshmen, just having started highschool and already gotten friends.. "Hey, Sol." Lavender addressed him, causing him to tilt his head. You see, Damian is a transgender. He's already been using she/her pronouns, and changed his name to Solaris among his friends and family, and Lavender gave him the nickname 'Sol'. The three friends talked, before they reached Damian's house, seeing his mother and father standing there with glares. "Damian! Get over here!" His father spat, making him flinch and nudge closer to his friends. Tyler had a look of disappointment and concern for his friend, before Lavender hissed. "Her name is Solaris, and she's going to be that way, there's nothing you can do!" Lavender stood protectively infront of Damian, growling at his disapproving parents. His father started to stride forward, before Lavender grabbed the two of them and ran off to her house, clutching onto Damian's hand tightly. They reached Lavender's small house, and they were all panting. Damian smiled, grateful Lavender helped him.
