So the high school I go to is on the opposite end of my city. And let me tell you, I live in one of the largest cities in northern Ontario.

So anyway, when I get off my bus to go to my grandmas, it drops me off a decent way away. Just over a kilometre... Like a good 15 min fast walk. And she, being a grandma, is worried 'something will happen to me' and doesn't want me walking home myself. Even though I'm roe fetch capable, I've taken self defence, and it's literally only 10-15 mins away.

Now here's the ironic part.

She doesn't want me walking down literally two streets, BUT, she's pushing me to take the city bus home.

Alone.

From the opposite end of the city.
