WELL ANYWAYSSS

today was a bit of an emotional roller coaster but like a kiddie roller coaster so not too too bad

although i think i had a small anxiety attack ahhhhh but idk i just felt like i couldn't breathe for awhile

BASICALLY

i was scrolling through instagram when all of these school shooting / feminist / anti racist posts starting popping up and it wasn't really bugging me but i guess it kinda ruined my mood a bit because like idk i feel like there is too much pressure to be a feminist now and also like i never see any posts about racism again asians?? i already did a ramble about that on my message board but idk man idk

and i was looking at my phone as i was trying to write and all of a sudden, i felt like i was drowning and i wrote this on my notes:

I should be joyful and peppy
But it's hard so I'll resort to lying"

i'm ok now but like it felt like nothing makes me happy anymore. not music, not kpop, not food, not friends, not writing, not even worship. and all of a sudden, i was like dying.

and thennnn my dad made me exercise when i really didn't want to ( he's making me walk everyday, which I know isn't that bad but still idk today i didn't feel good ) and when i said i didn't want to, he kinda made me feel bad about myself like my weight and all so ripppppppp

so on the walk, i started thinking again about how nothing made me happy and if i'd like leave the world, people would notice but then like they'd have to live on with their lives anyways, so what's the point in being sad over me dying? and then i had trouble breathing but i think it was because i was about to cry.
