I've made a visual of what I'd think an Older! Ruya would look like!

Ruya ends up doing the same business as her parents and quickly becomes a highly ranked member. Although she doesn't use her ability that often. Probably because I haven't figured out what her ability would be. All grown up, Ruya is about 5'7.
And then I decided to give her younger siblings, Hiro and Akari!

Hiro ends up being the Port Mafia's doc when he's older. His ability to heal others is very similar to Yosano's. An ability he inherent from his grandfather, who used to be a doctor before being a business man.
He can heal almost anything but if the person is close to death, he cannot. So they gotta still be kicking. Hiro grows to be 5'10. He's the second oldest.

Akari is the youngest and doesn't know what she'll do when she's older. She does end up having a very similar ability to Chuuya. She's also the smallest, only about 5'3.
