Big Man: Derek

Kristal fits Shiver because both are quick to anger mostly because Shiver is competitive. As for Kristal, in the episode "Strike a Chord" she gets really messed up after the yellow team ends up burning her stage and her instruments. Besides that she's humble and quite understanding and often thinks of herself as the leader.

Trevor fits Frye because they both show a love of dancing and singing. Frye was trained at both things at a young age making her physically fit and dances when excited. With Trevor, he has been shown to sing and dance on episode 12 of Season 1, and episodes 1 and 6.

Derek fits Big Man for being the laid back one of the group. They both seem hardworking in their jobs despite Derek not doing much to demonstrate challenges. They both are the voice of reason  explaining what's wrong and right. 

Now for the Splatfest they could come up with... It's between the three teams of All Stars!!!

From what I guess, Derek will choose Team Cyan because of their LGBTQ vibes

Kristal would go for Team Magenta due to the drama and friendships the characters have with each other. 

And Trevor chooses Yellow, because well ducks are sometimes yellow.
