So I've been working on this for a month now, and I think I've finally balanced it. 

Name: Skye

Gender: Female

Sex: None

Pokemon: By appearance, Leafeon

Moves: Helping Hand, Grass Whistle, Sunny Day, Leaf Blade

Ability: Chlorophyll

Personality: A very caring Pokemon, who doesn't like to see anything in nature die.

Skye is, by technicality, a Pokemon. However, she is also a Spirit of Nature (think Hydreigon from Gates to Infinity, a little). She is omnipresent, in a sense. She can appear wherever she wants to, though she can only maintain one form with all five senses at a time. The most forms she can maintain are five. One who only feels things, one who can only taste things, one who can only see things, one who can only smell things, and one who can only hear things. If she has three or more forms, she can't talk at all. Despite having the ability to feel things, she can only have physical form in times of extreme emotion. As overpowered as this seems, she can't use any of her moves when she has no physical form. Also, when she has physical form, her omnipresence is null; until she becomes ethereal again, she is confined to her own abilities of walking.

She has no understanding of how to use her real voice, so whenever she talks, she just makes sounds. Her mind is too complex to connect to, as well. Telepathy is impossible, and not even Opal can show Skye her own memories. She understands speech, so her only method of communication is writing. Without a physical form, she can't have any effect on a writing surface. 

So I have three reasons why she would exist. One is simply for the fact that a spirit of nature would likely exist. Two is Xerneas created a spirit of nature to protect life out in the wild for when Xerneas was hibernating. OR three, Arceus created her.

God it sucks I know... I can elaborate on whichever reasoning you ask.
