We got these things for Christmas (yeah, a while ago) called Huggle Pods. You hang them in trees and you can sit in them and read or do whatever, so obviously I wanted to try it out. Until now the weather has been awful, but anyway, I got outside finally and set it up in a sturdy branch (which I tested by jumping up, grabbing it, and hanging there for a couple seconds). I then tried to get into it.

It was at this point that I realized it was very, very small. And that I would not fit.

But if any of you people know me, you know that I am stubborn to the point of absurdity. So I spent almost a minute trying to fit myself into this Huggle Pod while my mom watched from the window and laughed.

At last, I gave it one final effort, and literally fell backwards into it. But I felt no triumph. Only pain. And also I was stuck.

My mom at this point is dying of laughter as I try to pull myself out of the Huggle Pod because it freaking HURT.

Long story short, I now have multiple bruises on my legs, and my pride took a bit of a blow, but I survived.
