Most of you were not aware of this, but on the last week of school, we went on a field trip to a local hiking trail. It was beautiful yet terrifying at the same time. I got to kayak for the first time ever, and the waterfalls were amazing.

It had rained the day before, so the trail was slippery. There was one place that was on the side of a mountain and there was about a foot of space between us and a fifty-foot vertical drop. Picture to prove it.

So, like the clumsy person I am, I slip on some mud and almost fall over the edge. I grab a tree just in time, saving myself from certain doom.
