Do you ever say something and then think about it and realise how stupid what you said was? Yeah me too. I also replay scenarios in my head and think about all of the different things that I could have said which would sound wayyyy better than what I said.

Anyway I was walking to my next lesson which was ICT and I was eating a candy thing like you know the ones which you eat when you have a cold? The really minty ones? Yeah I was having one of them and then I don't know how but it slipped out of my mouth and landed on the ground. I heard a boy behind me shout "I'll get it!" so he clearly didn't realise what it was. I tried to pretend that nothing happened and walked on but shortly I heard him say "eww it's wet"  and his friend laughing. He caught up with me and said that he thought it was a hairband or something which is why he picked it up but then it turned out to be wet. He asked me what it was and I was like idk it probably fell from my bag or something. Yeah, I actually said that. I had no idea what to say lmao. He said that he thought I spat it out but I was too embarrassed to admit what happened so I just said "eww no that's gross" there really was no way out of it after that.  Big regret on that one.
