My brother and I used to play with the Skylanders as toys and stuff, and for some reason Chill was a cannibal, so she is VERY memorable for me lol.

Design: Ice armor. I love it! Her shield and weapon are awesome too! 9/10

Moveset: I feel like I end up using only her first move, javelin throw attack, while the ice wall and shield go unused. It's ok, but again it's hard to master. 7/10
