Chapter 12 : Unspoken but Understood!

As they entered hall, Neil grabbed Avni's waist from behind hastily and started nuzzling her neck with feathery kisses leaving Avni stumped at his sudden shower of love! His touch sent chills in her spine and flushed her whole body.. Her lips curved in a broad yet very shy smile, her eyes gleamed with glee... Her cheeks completely turned pink within few seconds and her lips parted.. Unknowingly her hand raised and held Neil's cheek as she shut her eyes.

Neil tightened his grip on her abdomen realising that his lady love was responding to his ministrations. He turned his feathery kisses to passionate ones as his lips toured her cheek, ear lobes, nape and down her throat leading to her cleavage...
"Neil...!" Avni gasped in a husky voice while she arched her back as she leaned her head on his shoulders and squeezed his hair behind by her palm a little fiercely which made him pause from further continuing his trail of kisses.

It was his turn to blush as his ever tough lady don was getting aroused just by his mere kisses and he accepted mentally that his condition was no less!

He whispered "Avni... Shall... weee...?" still binding her waist with his strong arms.
Avni opened her eyes and curved her lips in a tiny smile as if one should doubt whether she smiled or not??

She said "Neil..."
"hmm..." is all he could reply as he awaited her reply anxiously... but to his awe, Avni ran away from him towards her room as swiftly as possible leaving Neil bewildered!

"Ohhhssshhh Neil...! Itni bhi kya jaldi hai? Bhag gayi na abhi..." Neil screwed himself for his impulsive actions but not before smiling to himself about their cute little moments that happened just then. He ruffled his hair behind and went to shut the main door of the house.

"oh god... Ho kya jaata hai mujhe Neil k sath? Kya soch raha hoga voh? Yeh ki I find him irresistible to stay away? How embarrassing!" Avni was scolding herself aloud for getting carried away with Neil a few minutes ago while taking her Mehendi function's outfit from her cupboard. She continued with a contradicting verse further...

"embarrassing?! Kyu? Mera hi pati hai voh... Kisi aur ka nahi... Aur jo kuch bhi hua was not wrong... Akhir pati patni k beech yeh sab..." and she turned to place the dress on the couch only to find Neil leaning against the door frame with crossed legs and crossed arms. A beautiful smile dancing on his face made him look so cute!

"Eh uh.. NEIL..! Tum... Tum kab aye?!" Avni questioned while getting embarrassed as her husband had caught her talking like a mad girl to herself!

"haa Avni... Aakhir pati patni k beech yeh sab hota hai..." Neil winked evidently ignoring to answer her question.

All Avni could do was fidget the clothes that she had in her hands and turned away to skip his ogling.. Neil smiled at his sherni wifey's ways to hide her embarrassed face from him. While she prayed god to let her get burried in the spot she stood at that moment... Cuz even though she had surrendered herself to her man the previous night... the proximity between the two, the brand new unknown, unnamed, never felt sensations, emotions, bliss, were making her feel so new about herself!

Avni certainly felt that the girl she is now is someone else altogether... She thought HER man had revived the "GIRL" who was lost in herself all these years...! And probably to let this new girl completely take over Avni...time was required.

All the while Avni was pondering with these thoughts, Neil walked upto her and held her shoulders firmly with his ever charming glittery eyes... He looked at her as if he read her mind, her inhibitions...

"voh... Voh Neil...!" Avni fumbled to speak but only to find her doting husband place his index finger on her luscious lips.
"ssshhh... Kuch kehne ki zarurat nahi hai Avni... Ab bas ankhein bandh karlo ek baar.. I have a surprise for you my love! He declared as he lifted his fingers from her lips to her eyes. He twirled her around slowly thrice and Avni opened her eyes...and looked around to find him no where in the room.

"Neil... Kaha ho? Surprise keh k tum kaha gayab ho gaye Neil..." She called out to him as she searched for him even in the bathroom.

She walked back to the room and scanned the room once and found a big gift box along with white tulips on her bed. She picked up the flowers and smiled... they were her favourite. Then she took the gift box and found a note stuck on it which said

"My love, unless you find the key to this you cannot have this treasure! The key is in your hubby's pride and honour..."

"Oh ho... Mere ACP sahab yeh theek nai kiya aapne... i can't wait to see the gift... Box tod du?!" she exclaimed at herself.
"arre nai... Bechare k mehnat barbaad ho jayegi na aur toh aur mujhe taunt bhi marega ki mei hamesha short cut choose karti hu.. Isse acha hai mei key dhundti hu..."

Avni pacified herself and started searching all the drawers, lockers etc in the room hastily... Mumbling to herself about how her man played along with her by making her roam all over just to open the gift! All the circus she was doing was being watched by a pair of eyes from the corner outside the door...

"oh god! No... I lost it!" She bounced on the bed right next to the gift...

Then something flashed her mind "uff Avni... Bina kuch soche dundegi toh kaise milegi? Such an easy clue and you couldn't find it! Pagal ho gayi hai Neil k pyar mei...haha!" Avni screwed up herself for her blunder as she walked straight to Neil's wardrobe and opened it...
"My hubby's pride and honour...!" she smiled broad.
