What I believe the author is trying to say,

Referring to the previous chapter, We don't have much time in this earth.

And every second of your time on it is precious.

This is the time you're alive!

This is the time when your choices mean something!

You're time is so limited....

And what ever you do with it...

Do it with all your love.

Do it with all of your strength.

Do it.

Make your choices last...

Make your choices and ambition rock the world to the core.

You can do it.

Make your impact last on this world.

You're actions have the potential to be worthwhile.

Make your hopes and dreams last,

With every ounce of you, Make whatever you do last, For ever how long it may be...

One day...

You will be gone...

But your actions and impact will remain...

(Well... at least that's my interpretation of it.)
