A- what?

Annika could utter only that ,on hearing the doctor's words. Nothing could precise her state at that instant , being shocked was just a mere word as she seemed more hurt than shocked . It was terrible for her to even think of it . Though she did'nt believe it at first, somewhere the old annika who had witnessed how love influenced madhu's life just for lust, ran through her mind . Once again, annika was surrounded with the same conclusion about love . In shivaay's case she believed him to be an exception but ,this current situation was poking her belief. And this very thought was killing her all over .The pain which she felt now was extremely deathful. Indeed ,trust being broken would definitely leave such a wound inside which declares no cure ,and in her case she felt deeply stabbed with the thought of her shivaay, being so. After all ,all men are the same .She sighed, Maybe all his sweet behaviour with her was just a token towards all his intentions.What a fool she remained ? to believe a person like him ,she cursed her fate .

A- Dr,Call my hus...(she paused ) call him plss,

Priya went out to check for shivaay but he wasn't there ,

P- uhh, he isn't there outside . Aap boliye ,you want this test to be done ya...

With gritting her teeth ,she gave a nod trying to control the rage which seemed magnifying within .

A- results kab aayegi?

P- actually we prepare it within a day but since your husband wanted it soon ,we would provide the result immediately.

She answered which even more strengthened annika's anger .

A- you can proceed ,

She said with a blunt voice ,while her eyes already glistened in tears . Her world seemed darkening suddenly , through all her life she had somehow coped up to develop trust on a man who had earned everything from her and suddenly out of nowhere once again her theory about men ,was laid infront. She couldn't be glad that her long time belief was coming true because it's not just about the win of her theory rather it's about the failure of her heart ...her trust ...or maybe her feelings for him which she hadn't labelled as love yet . Thank God ,she hasn't expressed it to him still .How well he had acted all these days ,she thought ,

Within the next half an hour ,the procedure was done and priya prepared immediate reports and handed it to annika as she asked for it . Annika sat quiet, glancing the white envelope. She could actually feel her heart breaking into pieces which panged a terrible pain.

Shivaay entered the ward with a carry bag which he placed near her before speaking,

S- annika ,ye aapke liye hai. And haan ,Karunya maa called me .I've told that you had met with an accident ,she would be here anytime soon . Vo kya haina ,I didn't want to tell her the truth ,dar jaayegi na, so(interrupted )

A- you're right shivaay , if she comes to know that I was been raped by daksh .Dar tho jaayegi vo,

Her words were expressed like sharp pieces, listening to which he was shocked .

S- kaise baathein kar rahi hai aap annika?

A- enough shivaay, yelo( she forwarded the envelope) yahi chahtha hai na tu? Have it ,

S- what's this?

He asked being confused by the sudden change in her behaviour.Before he could react she grabbed his hand and placed the parchment on his palm .

A- bahut hogaya tumhare natak,plss ab bandh karo bass.

She shouted in anger,

S- kya...? Why are you speaking like this? and Ye kya hai ?

He asked indicating the paper in his hand, when she stood up and neared him.

A- ohh ,so you really don't know what's that .Ok fine, mein hi bol dethi hoon .Jab itna sab hogaya hai ,tho ab peeche kyun hatoon mein? (She took a deep gulp before resuming ) These are the results of my virginity test which you had asked the Dr to conduct secretly without my knowledge.

Her fierce words which were filled with disgustful blame, made him stun with shivering hand which held the parchment, when he looked at it .

S - anni(interrupted)

A- plss shivaay, there's no point in lying to me again. You wanted it right? Take it . But just clear my doubt haan, what will you do if the result declares, I ain't a virgin? You would throw me out from your life ? (Sighs ) That's were your love holds me ,mein soch raha thi ki tum sab se alag ho ...tum muje sach mei vo kya hai tumhare language mei?...haan ,pyaar karthe ho. She said with grudge filled eyes having a constant flow of tears contagiuosly.

His eyes were devoid of life ,moreover his whole body remained nil of any soulful existence in it . He had never felt something like this before ,it literally felt as though his life was being syringed out from his body. It could have been anything which he would have tolerated, but he wasn't that strong to stand his love being questioned which pricked more injury as it was from the very person who is no less than his life .How could she think like that ? So that's all about her trust on him . All these days his only aim was to bring the same love in her which he treasures for her ,but what did just happen? He would have waited his whole life for her love ,and here she thinks so cheap of his intentions ,like he had used their relationship for his own reasons. This pain which she had left through her sharp words didn't have any medicine for cure and he knew it . He slowly held her hand which was clutching his collar, and instantly pushed them off which made her loose balance ,for soon she caught hold of the bed for support.

With such a reaction from him suddenly, she turned facing him to witness his eyes which seemed bleeding in red. She was shocked in fear noticing his rage filled reaction. He looked at her with an intensified glare, before holding the envelope straight ahead her face and tearing it into pieces. She looked at the small bits on the ground, and again laid her vision on him . She was taking in continuous gulps of knowing that something terrible was definitely coming . All these days of being with him, she had never ever seen him like this.

Not being able to handle his intense glare, she tried looking away .That's when Dr.Priya rushed inside the room in a hurry .

Annika tried registering the Dr's words ,while shivaay stood silent . She felt like ,a million needles piercing her skin at once after knowing that it was entirely a misunderstanding.

P- I'm sorry...

A- get out ,

Her sound echoed the room as literally she shouted roaring with all her voice filled in anger.Priya uttered a sorry again before leaving the place.

She remained a statue running out of courage to move her head facing him. What all she had told him? She knew that the tears collected in her eyes ,weren't ever going to be enough . Crushing her fingers into her chill palm, she slightly moved her eyes towards him without altering her head even a bit . He stayed silent ,in the same position with his eyes still screaming the same intensity. She shivered worstly, only she knew how hard it was for her to take small steps nearing to face him .Her shivering breath left no way for her to speak but still she managed to utter,

A- shi..v ,

S- bass annika ,kuch mat boliye. Bahut boldiya aapne, bass. Mein bhi ek insaan hoon annika ,feelings hai muje bhi . Whatever you had said , just tore me apart annika .Why annika? You didn't trust me? Bass Dr ne kaha... aur aapne maanli? If you had done this before, shayad ...shayad mein aapko maaf kartha. But ,now ...aapko pata haina mein kitna pagal hoon aapke liye aur kitna pyaar kartha hoon aapse... ?par phir bhi aap....,...bas itna samajthey hain aap muje?And what did you ask about the results ? Positive ya negative  ,it doesn't affect my love for you ... bass aapka dil chahtha hoon aur kuch bhi nahi jaise aapne socha.How can you even think like that annika ? Meine kya galat kiya hai? Mein tho sirf aapki dil mei ek jaga maanga tha, par aap tho mere baare mei aise sochli... Ye chot jo aapne diya na muje , bahut gaeri hai, I'm sorry annika I'm afraid I'll ever be able to forgive you .

Annika was scared with his words,

A- shivaay ,

She forwarded to hold him ,and at once he moved back making her widen her eyes in extreme fear.

S- please...( he raised his palms indicating her to stop ) please ,

Saying this he immediately rushed out ,with a heavy heart crying in pain .

She heard the hard banging sound of the door ,which declared his high pitched anger.

Her eyes were moving continuously to notice the bag which he brought ,she immediately grabbed and opened it .It had a dress for her to change since her kurti was torn which even she was unknown of. How stupid she had acted ? He was a person who had nothing to do but just think about her all the time , but here she had terribly hurt him by questioning his love.

She was ready to shed the entire gallon of tears ,Sitting with a thud, she cried hysterically facepalming herself murmuring "sorry shivaay " continuously. After all which happened ,what else she could do now ?

This was actually needed for annika to proceed further leaving her ideologies on love and men .From childhood,she hated men due to the brutal past of her late sister which still plays a hurdle for her to step forward towards love. So she had to overcome this and realize shivaay's pure selfless love for her.Hope you all understand.
