S- ye kya hai ?

He showed the very first page on the newspaper which had a big picture of their wedding in the middle with the page filled with numerous paragraphs of that particular news .He asked with a angry glare for which she had already developed a puppy face .

A- shivaay vo...(she hesitated )

S- how many times I've told you ,not to bring our personal things on papers.We have our own privacy annika ,why don't you understand? (he spoke seriously )

A- who told you to become a big shot buisness man ? Relax man ,it's just a news (she insisted)

S- tho ?kabhi nahi sudharogi tum .Let's just leave this here ,

Saying this he stood up and left to his room to be followed by her immediately.

A- shivaay ...shivaay ,

She went at the back of him and somehow managed to hold his hand manking him halt in halfway into his room .

A- I'm sorry shivaay ,I know ki tumhe ye sab pasand nahi hai par,it was my manager's order. What will I do?(she tried convincing him)

S- annika ,personal life and proffesionalism is different. (he emphasised without turning back)

Feeling her silence he turned back to see her standing with her sight fixed down with a dull face .He didn't want to extend this more ,instantly he held her shoulders gently , grabbing her attention he spoke.

S- annika ,whatever is published in that paper is our treasurable memories which we would cherish for life .It's about our golden days ,our childhood .It's our's (he stressed the word and cupped her face ) Why should any third person be aware of our childhood life and about our friendship?

Annika understood what blunder she had made and why shivaay was so particular about this point .

A- galthi kiya na meine ? (she spoke feeling guilty)

S- it's ok...fine, yahi chod dete hain iss baath ko .

Saying this he pulled her into a gentle hug ,

S- I'm hell hungry ,go hurry and fresh up .Breakfast khate hain ,

A- hmm

She nodded slightly and went to the washroom ,

It was night 11 PM when annika reached home from work ,being all exhausted she just threw her bag and rushed to lay down on pinky's lap who was sitting in the living room .

P- kya huwa ?Why are you so late ?(she asked while removing annika's ID card from her neck)

A- ek smuggling case tha ,we had to travel 20 km away from the city to reach the spot .To collect the case study from the police, it took such a long time.

Her drowsy voice clearly depicted that she was hell tired. She just clutched pinky tightly and closed her eyes,

P- mein tho maan jaungi ,what about shivaay who has been searching for you all this time?

A- where is he ?

P- from 7 o clock he was calling me to find whether your home. What happend to your mobile?

A- charge nahi tha,

Completing her words she casually looked aside to find shivaay standing there passing angry glares on her .

"Oh my God! Now I've to deal with this angry hulk " she thought and immediately closed her eyes pretending to sleep.

S- mom ,see ...your daughter is a master in acting . How many times I've told her ,not to work after 7 .

A- it was an important work(she murmured still closing her eyes and holding pinky's lap tightly )

S- chup , you could have called me right? Don't you know,it's unsafe to drive at night ? (He scolded being angry) From 7pm I'm wandering around the city ,finding you . When I called your office, they informed me about the place. And when I reached there ,people said that the press had already left.(he spoke in a serious tone but his concern was clearly visible)

P- acha shivaay chodo na usse, bechari ...kaafi tired lag rahi hai(she spoke while caressing annika's hair trying to defend her)

S- you're spoiling her mom ,kitni careless hai ye ladki. Ek call karne mei kya problem hai(he raged out)

Annika who was already exhausted just felt irritated with his continuous scoldings, when he was about to say something, she initiated .

A- what happened now haan? Kya?(she asked ,looking at him) Yes, I am late,...hogaya late...ab kya karein? (She declared getting up and sitting on the couch) What is so problematic in this now ? Mar tho nahi gayi hoon na mein?

S- annika,

He roared powerfully with bloodshot eyes ,which made her realize her words after which she didn't look at him and made her sight glance around the room and not him .Without speaking anything ,he silently moved from there. Annika who was watching him walking away ,then looked at pinky with defeated face .

P- kaise bathein kar rahi ho tum ?(she seemed angry)

A- tho ? Why he had to shout at me like that?(she replied being offended) I tried to call from my friend's mobile too ,but signal nahi mila vahan .What will I do aunty ,

She said in a low voice and leaned on her ,

P- beta,you know right ? Tera shivaay aise hi hai ,when it's about you vo sab kuch bool jatha hai .

Annika was listening to it silently,

P- you remember once when you were suffering with stomach pain in school ,he stole the teacher's mobile and called for an ambulance .(she chuckled)

Annika nodded with a wide smile as she was reminiscing that incident .

P- and after that, I had to write and apology letter to convince your principal .(she sighed) Aisa hi hai tera shivaay ,

Annika placed her head on pinky's lap and remained lost in her thoughts .That's when pinky saw shivaay who was standing behind the couch ,extending a plate with food to pinky insisting her to feed annika.Though she didn't react,annika clearly noticed it.Giving the plate to pinky ,he left to his room.

P- utto beta ,khaana kao

A- aa (she opened her mouth )

P- utto na ,

Pinky made her sit and started feeding while she being all drowsy silently munched the food with her head laid on pinky's shoulder .

When annika stood near the doorway of their room, she saw him speaking over the phone with someone. She mentally slapped herself for her behaviour few minutes ago. Whatever occurred was no one's fault but they just had a quite loud fight for it ,and she knew how much he would have been worried for her which he showed through his anger. It's just that she couldn't think of it at that time ,due to which she reacted rudely to him for which she was feeling bad now.Disconnecting the call he stood still ,gazing the pool deeply when suddenly he felt her hugging him from behind .She just held onto him tightly and rested her head on his back ,leaving out some tears .He ,who felt this closed his eyes and instantly placed his both the palms on her hands ,assuring her that it was  fine now .They remained in the same position for a few more minutes after which he slowly caught hold of her and brought her infront of him.Without speaking anything he gently evened her messy hair and tucked it behind her ears and all this time she looked at him in wonder.Doing it he wiped the tear marks on her face before speaking,

S- bahut tired lag rahi ho ,so jao

A- you won't fight with me?(she asked innocently)

He chuckled before answering ,

S- I didn't want to fight with you paanika , tumhe call kar raha hoon ...switched off ,aur time ? 8 ,9 10 ho gayi par tum gar nahi aayi .Kya samjhoon mein? That's why I ,

Before he could continue further, she pulled him and planted a deep kiss on his cheecks bringing out his eye balls from the socket. Still lingering her lips on his cheecks ,she traversed her lips upto his ears and whispered,

A- sorry, aisa kabhi nahi karunga .(she said coiling her arms around his neck)

While he stood statued recovering himself from the incident which occurred few seconds ago ,to bring him back she suddenly dashed her forehead with his's making him look at her.

A- vaise ,I didn't know that I've such an effect on you (she said with a mischievous smile )

S- aisa kuch nahi hai ,

He spoke and pulled out her arms from his neck making her frown.

A- jhoota

She murmured while leaving the room,

S- hey ,where are you going ?

A- you didn't eat yet right ?

S- it's ok mein kaalunga, tum so jao .

A- arey, just two minutes

She signalled him and went to the kitchen to bring him food.When she returned ,she saw him fidgeting her hand bag.

A- kya kar rahi ho?

S- nothing, power bank rak raha tha

She saw two power banks inside her bag,

A- but ,two?

S- haan ,here after no excuses .Charge nahi ,switch off ...kuch nahi chalega ab

A- smart haan ,vaise why don't you keep 5 then ?,by chance ...

S- chahe tho rakhunga ,

He replied seriously ,to which she  crooked her eyes ,

A- idiot !

She hit his shoulder slightly ,and forwarded a morsel. He too ate it obediently,

A- tum 99% mere idiot se mere hubby ban gayi ho (she said being surprised)

S- sacchi?

She nodded ,

S- if that's the case, plss change my caller Id as hubby from idiot na

He requested in an extra sugary tone ,hearing which she immediately smirked with a strict face .

A- listen ,it's been just two days since you became my hubby ...but (after a pause) you are my idiot since 24 years !! Obviously, idiot comes first !

She declared strictly while he just rolled his eyes ,

S- I too won't change from paanika then ,(he taunted )

A- I don't care, yelo (saying which she inserted another morsel inside his mouth )

S- haan ,vaise bhi .You aren't even 80% of wifey goals yet .So I can't even think of changing your name in my mobile (he said playfully  and smirked )

A- koi baath nahi ,just now we have started  .Banungi mein bhi ,#wifeygoals !

She said being offended while he smiled at her cuteness .

How was it ?

Sorry if it was boring.This book doesn't involve any villains and vamps ,so it will revolve around shivika's friend cum love relationship and how they evolve through it ,so hope you guys are fine with it .

This book was meant to end soon ,but since many wanted me to extend it, I had planned for a few more chapters ahead ❤
