P- shivaay, are you going to eat or not ? How many times to tell you? No place for work during dine !

Her strict voice had nil effect on him , he continued focusing on the papers piled up, for pinky to go all furious looking at it.

P- shivaay ? I'm telling you something!

S- yes mom ,just a minute.

He replied ,still concentrating in arranging the papers in file .

Annika who was busy savouring the tasty food which her pinky aunty had specially prepared for her , kept relishing it with her eyes closing within every morsel she intakes . It was her own world in which she had stepped now ,only food around and nothing else. Swinging her hands in air as if she was a designated music composer , she threw her fingers to trace a tune since her taste buds just drove her that way .

A god damn Foodie she is !

Suddenly her eyes grew wide sensing a spicy chilli which created a blastive burn around her tongue, and she started wriggling her head continuously .Sucking in air to go easy with the burning sensation she extended her hand to reach the juice mug kept on his side .

To her hurry burry,the mug gradually tilted back  and fell .

He traversed his gaze from the wetly soaked papers to the woman who stared at him innocently.

The small little chilli was already corrupting her tongue on one side and now ,her husband's intense glare made her gulp deep.

S- what have you done annika !? Do you even know how important these files are ?

He shouted and stood up at once ,while she emptied a glass of water before replying .

A- shivaay ,I'm really sorry .

S- hamesha aisa karthi ho tum ! why are you like this annika ,

He continued and she kept quite knowing that she was at fault . It's fine to take in some scoldings instead of arguing with this hothead now .

P- shivaay , chodna . It was just by mistake ,

S- kya mom? Why do you jump to defend her everytime ? Can she even act careful anytime ?

He spoke glaring at her who stood gazing down.

Being already tensed about some office stuffs ,this situation made him go up with anger which she realized and stayed calm .

P- who asked you to sit here with your files haan ? Go to your room now , I'll bring your food !

She insisted and he shook his head ,

S- nahi chahiye muje kuch , I'm leaving. And haan , I'll be returning late so don't wait for me at night. Medicines kaake so jaayiye, teek hai ?

P- atleast have your breakfast and go shivaay,

She insisted and he sighed ,

S- I ain't hungry today mom, Bye .

He stated and moved immediately while annika looked guilty. Passing the hallway he turned back to take a glance of her ,while she had already bent down .

A- what will I do aunty? Your son is such an idiot, I'm telling you . Why would he show his anger on food ?!

P- you know... the problem between you both is that you look completely grown up but still ,you both behave as the small kids who used to quarrel much on silly things . The relation between you both has changed now , you're his wife and he's your husband . I don't know when you both will realize it . Teek hai chodo sab , see... you haven't had your milk yet . Pio,

She gave the glass to her and left while annika sat on the chair with a frown covering her face .

This didn't had to happen ,just before the day could start, everything  passed on within no time and here she sat feeling guilty already  . 

A perfect start ! She sighed,

At night ,

A- aunty, you seem tired.  Aap jahiye, I'll see to him .

P- tired wired kuch nahi, let this knee pain fly off then you will get to see your superwoman aunty  all the way !

She exclaimed and annika smiled faintly.

A-  I'm sorry aunty,

She said gazing down , and pinky looked baffled .

P- sorry? For what beta?

A- I couldn't help you in anything. I get up in the morning and you already have the food cooked  ,then... I just run to work leaving things as it is and you clean our room  for us . I'm really sorry aunty, I won't repeat this hereafter .

She admitted with a cutely innocent face ,while pinky just cupped her cheecks listening to her words.

P- you are telling as though I'm just pushed with tons of work at home ? As if your husband leaves me like that ? We have maids for everything except for cooking, and I personally ordered him not to keep one. So it's nothing beta , knee pain is like... in this age it's normal . Don't worry for all this haan!  And if I just sit idle , I'm sure your aunty would become a balloon soon. I'm just doing all these small chores . You don't have to feel guilty.

She spoke caressing her face and annika let a slight nod .

Serving the food , she immediately made  way towards her room after receiving a good lecture from her son for staying awake till now .

He ,for once checked  to find if his ever so careless wife was somewhere around but no.

"Sleepyhead! " he mumbled looking towards their room which had the lights put off .

Pinky entered the room to find annika there seated on a stool beside the bed.

P- annika  ? Shouldn't you be on bed now ? I thought you were asleep, what are you doing here ?

A- aunty, I have a best medicine for your knee pain . Trust me , a warm water massage can do wonders !

That's when pinky noticed a bowl with water and a towel swung on it halfway which lied on the table there .

P- there's no need for it annika . I'm all fine , go and sleep now.

A- no aunty , I've been so immature  all these days . I'm not taking good care of you . Plss aunty , just 10 minutes after that I'll go . Mere liye ,plss !

Pinky sighed knowing about the stubborn girl ,

Reminiscing her school memories with Yamini (annika's mother ) ,pinky smiled faintly watching annika who was now all set to somehow cure her pain. Indeed she did succeed, pinky felt a soothingly relaxed feel sensing the warm massage .

P- you resemble your mother so much annika !

She said with a smile , and annika responded at once.

A- you miss her right ?

P- haan , bahut ! She was my only best friend for ...like nearly 22 years and I really miss her alot . She was like that ,none could replace her.

Her glistening eyes mentioned her emotions watching which annika shook her head .

A- but you did , I wouldn't even know my mother's face if you hadn't shown me her pictures ...because she left me in that very small age before I could even remember things  . From then ,you were my mother . Aap aunty bhi hai meri mom bhi !

Pinky's eyes were totally moistened by now ,she just pulled annika and placed a tender kiss on her forehead .

Checking everywhere ,finally he walked upto his mother's room on not finding annika anywhere. 

He watched her to have slept in that seated position ,with her head resting on her hands which she had placed on the bed.

S- what's she doing here ? Naaraz hai kya mujse ? Hoga !  She'll do a mistake and she herself will get offended too! What a logic!

He mumbled below his voice and walked upto her .

Sliding his arms around her back he carried her gently , fearing not to disturb his mother who was asleep on the bed as well as the girl in his arms .

With no other go ,he kicked the room's  door slightly for it to open wide and she squirmed a bit in his arms for him to strengthen his hold. 

He placed her on the bed carefully and the very next second   she turned aside without facing him ,comforting herself in sleep.

It looked at though she maintained that stiff attitude of her's even in sleep!  he smiled .

In no time, he walked around the bed to reach the other side and laid close to her.

S- now don't turn that side haan,bas !

He spoke looking at the sleeping her who seemed to have dived to a deep sleep.

Their faces were just inches apart where he thoroughly engrossed himself in the job of staring at her while playing with her tiny hair strands which jumped on her face .

He blinked hard when her breath slowly hit his face within every small interval. This feel was something else ! He scooted closer again, if it was possible ,to be honest ,as they both looked clasped already. A serene tender smile occupied his face witnessing her frown ...that too when she's asleep.

Tucking a strand behind her ear , he whispered .

S- I'm sorry ,

Morning

Yawning till when her mouth could make a perfect oval vertically, she opened her eyes feeling something.

He had actually locked her with himself by encircling his arm around her waist which held her tightly close and on the other side his entire head was placed beneath her chin inside the crook of her neck.

She felt captivated entirely!

He tightened his grip when she tried realising herself.

Those tiny pins of beard surrounded on his face were just erupting something within her through each second he moved to settle his face on her skin . She stiffened herself to fight this sudden rise of lava,

A-  shiva...shivaay ?

She could hardly hear her own voice which couldn't be anymore louder with the man lying here ,ready to bring all those tickling sensations.

A smile is what she did as she bent ,witnessing his tie band coiled around her neck and that's when she realized ,he had just slept without changing .

On his full sleeve shirt  covered by a waist coat and that blue tie.

Tracing her palm on his cheeck, she stamped a smooth kiss on his stubble .

On the reverse, she felt an immediate kiss on her neck where he had his face hidden. Her eyes let a sudden blink sensing his wet lips on her skin  ,and her toes stiffened tight .

A- you're awake ?

S- annika ,I'm feeling very sleepy now . Had a lot of work yesterday, don't just leave plss.

His drowsy voice didn't grab her attention as that very second something else  was on which she was completely in .

His lips which sealed up and down on her skin as he spoke , just drove shivers down her spine.

She decided not to speak now ,because if she does . Then she has to go through the same crazy thing which occurs when  he replies .

No speaking when he's hiding within her ! 

Placing her hand on his arm which snaked her stomach ,she blushed .

Had she ever thought of being her idiot's, Mrs. Idiot ?

But look at them behaving a made in heaven - Aww type wala couple now!

She chuckled ,
