INTRODUCTION

(We came up with this original idea, please do not use it for your art contest books. That is not nice... I know I am being selfish ._. But it's OUR idea T_T I do advise you to come up with your own ideas if you want to break the usual monotony. Otherwise your contest book will lack originality, plus a little something else... ^_^ It's for your own good...)

Heya humans and non-humans reading this! I welcome you again to the Realm of Art Contests! This will be a world of fantasy because I am turning this into a game! Mwahahaha! Fear the wrath of the Almighty Lyrica!

I bet the description did its magic and you pressed the Read button! XD That Read button is a switch to enter this Realm!

This book will be like no other contest book because... You will be RPGing here! XD Right now, you are just a cell. Right, you heard it, a cell. That tiny little thingy XD If you win a prize, you will rank up! It's a bit complicated for cells to understand X'D But I'll explain it anyways~

For a honorable mention, you get EXP 1. When you win a 3rd prize, you get EXP 2, a 2nd prize winner, you get EXP 3 and the 1st, gets EXP 4. At a set EXP, you evolve into something else! That means, you start as a Cell, and at EXP 4, you evolve into a tissue X'D (There's a loooooong way to go before you reach the God title XD Actually, I'm going to make this impossible! Bwahahaha)

For now, the order is like this:
Cell (EXP 0-3) => Tissue (EXP 4-7 ) => Organ (EXP 8-11) => ....
And the other titles will be unlocked when an organ evolves X'D

And the one to reach the God status gets the right to judge in the contests!!

(Btw, I think that contests are supposed to inspire us to imagine and draw, not just to determine the winner! So you may notice that most of our themes are pretty free...)

RULES

I know you all hate this but don't complain about it if you get disqualified or kicked out, ok? So read this too! (I think I kinda sound like Tet from NGNL with the 10 pledges and with the last one... XD)

1. No swearing without censoring and no sexual content.
No swearing/nudity at all would be even better. There are younger cells (artists) here so keep it PG! 

2. No plagiarism.
No art thefts either. It has to be original. No using other people's drawing as base in digital art. Inspiration from the Internet is accepted. You can be suspended from our realm for a certain amount of time.

3. 1 Entry per Theme allowed.
We will have a variety of themes for each round and you can participate in all of them with only 1 entry for each theme.

4. Winners cannot always be winners.
You can only win 1 theme per round. And you may not win the next round of contest, just to give others a chance. I guess honorable mentions do not count?

5. Anything is accepted except when mentioned.
Any media... Pencil, pen, watercolour, aquarell, digital, oil pastel etc.
Any style... Realistic, anime, cartoon, etc. (Anime is easier for us to judge though) Or just any little detail! It will be our fault for not restricting you X3 You can use our own words against us XD 

6. Sign next to your work.
To prevent art thefts or plagiarism. Or else you won't be able to win a prize...

7. Insert an appropriate title
We tag you in the participant's list so that we can collect all the entries at once just after the deadline. It is easier for us to see your entry if the chapter is named "@SagiCorn_Artists Contest X Theme Y" than "Chapter Z" If you do not do it, we may skip your entry... 😐

8. Respect the deadline.
Sometimes we let it pass but that is usually if you submit it before we collect all entries... Just don't be late otherwise we will miss it XP

9. Respect others.
I am sure you all of you, cells, tissues or whatever are nice people! So it's just a reminder ^^

10. Have fun
Do we sound more like Tet from NGNL? 😂 These are just friendly contests, not competitions! ^^

How the contest works?
I know that most of you is aware of the classic contest on Wattpad, but just in case, I would like to explain to avoid confusion.... > <

1. Everyone is free to participate! No limit on age or on number of participants!
2. Draw according to the theme you chose!
3. Submit your entry.
4. The deadline we set is for the submission of drawings, not for confirming whether you will participate or not.
5. We will only tag you in the participants list after we viewed your drawing.

How to Submit your Entry?
1. Post your drawing/entry as a media on a chapter of your art book or any other books.
2. Write the title in this format: Contest #x Theme x @SagiCorn_Artists (and let x be any number XD) It will be easier for us to search when we judge for winner.
3. Tag us in the entry.

We will comment "received" under your entry and add you to the participant list within 3 days. If not, please PM us.

How to claim your prizes?
You can skip any prizes you don't want! ^^ Please PM us for the prizes otherwise we will assume that you don't want them...

Just remind us to follow you on the account.
-Votes on books
PM us about the books you want us to vote on. It doesn't have to be your own book. For example, you can say that you want 10 votes on Book 1 and 10 votes on Book 2. If you don't want this prize, you don't have to mention anything
-Add art book to reading list
Just sit back and relax as you see a notification popping out of the screen. And if you don't want this one, you can PM us to remove it.

HISTORY (You can skip)

Wanna know how we came up with this idea of cells? X3 (Mya also asked me how I found it X'D So here)

Actually, we have already held a contest prior to the 1st contest of this book, just for a trial to see how many entries we can get... And we received 24 entries for our 1st ever contest. It was a fun experience and some people told us to make another contest. So, we decided to make an art contest book!

At first we were going to name the book "Abyss of Art Contests", but then Mya had a better idea, "Realm of Art Contests". I have heard that word before and I loved the feeling of it. But the problem is, I don't know the meaning of it T_T (I know I know I'm stupid) I had to look it up in the dictionary X'D ☹️

It said: "a country ruled by a king or queen; kingdom" and other meanings but this one caught my attention.

And I thought: So this book is a kingdom...? Ruled by a king or queen...? What about it being ruled by a Goddess and a Cat Ninja? XD And a kingdom must have its people! We need residents! Peasants... Soldiers... Priest... A hierarchy! That's it!!!! Everyone has a title! And they can get promoted to a higher rank by winning the contests!! Oh! An RPG game!!! But from peasants to God... It's too easy X3 I'll make them inferior to humans so that they have a hard time reaching the God title! Mwahahahahah! Animals? Microbes? Ah cells! I'll make them cells X'D YAY I AM SUCH A GENIUS! Or maybe just an atom? Nope... That's....to difficult to evolve XP And I remember talking to Wispwind about how much EXP we gain with each drawing XD

And that's roughly how I thought of this idea, thanks to Mya!! I know this idea is a bit crazy, but everything lies in the power of IMAGINATION!! Maybe I'll write a mini side-story for this RPG someday XD Lol. It's not my fault if I like to stand out and want my books or other things to be unique! Imagination is the key!
