Recipe of Pizza is here...

Let's make pizza dough first...
Take a mixing bowl & pour the all purpose flour in it. Now pour baking soda & baking powder in it. Pour one tablespoon ghee also.
[sorry I forgot to mention it before]
Now start making dough while pouring curd in it. If needed pour some water in it.
Dough should be hard yet soft.
P.S. [Let it rest for 45 mins. If u want to make it fast then u have to let it rest for atleast 25 to 30 mins.]

Now let's make pizza sause..
Cut all the vegetables mentioned before. After cutting them put them in a pan with water.
Boil it atleast for 5 to 7 mins.
Once it boil let it cool completely. Grind it finly in a grinder/mixer.
Now take a pan & put oil in it. Warm the oil on low flame. Once the oil get hot, put some amout of the grinded vegetables in it. [Remember only some amount not fully]
Stir it a bit then add sugar, salt, red cilli powder and pour the left over amount of grinded vegetables in it & stir it for some time.
If you have origano then you can add it. It's totally optional.
Add some water in it & cook it till it thickens. [ Cover it with a lid while cooking]
As it thickens, it's ready.

Now let's make white sause...
Take ghee in a pan & melt it. Now add all purpose flour in it & mix it properly. Now slowly add milk while mixing it.
As it get's mix add a lil amount of water & salt [as per taste]
Let it get thick.
Once it get thick it's ready.

& yes as u complete making the sause put a kadhai for pre heating with salt in it.

Let's make Pizza..
Take out the dough. Divide it in two equal parts.
First take one part & make it round like a ball.
Spread some all purpose flour on the platform & on belan also. Now start to roll the dough ball like a roti. Make sure it's not too thin nor too thick. It's size should be according to the plate [Which u r gonna use for baking]
Take the plate & put the roti of maida on it not before greasing it with oil/butter/ghee. Take a fork & make some holes in it [Roti]. Now spread some red sause which we made. Then the white sause..
You can use toppings which you like/ want.
Spread some more white sause if you want. Then sprinkle some chilli flakes over it.
[ you can make chilli flakes at home.]
Now put a can in the preheating kadhai & place the plate [containg pizza] over the can.
Now cover the kadhai with another big plate & let it bake for about 20 to 25 mins on low flame.
After 20 to 25 mins, ur pizza is ready to serve.....
