"So, you're from Beacon, you were talking about someone called 'Yang', you were talking to someone who mentioned having been in team RWBY, you mentioned Silver Eyed Warriors, and you mentioned knowing that guy back there from the fall of Beacon. Are you, by any chance, Pika Branwen of team PRTL?" Killua asked, after Pika's conversation.

"And so what if I am? What will you do, contact Salem and tell her where I am?" Pika demand, keeping her defences up.

"No, how would I contact this 'Salem' anyway? All I was implying is that if you're the Pika Branwen then you are already a well known huntress." Killua explained.

"Yeah, well, that's not true. I was a trainee huntress attending Beacon Academy, unfortunately, I was one year above Ruby Rose's year, despite being the same age as her sister, both Ruby and I were let in early for our silver eyes. Beacon was destroyed before any of us could graduate. The year above mine was the last to graduate. I don't have a hunter's license so I need to take this dumb, one-time, test to get the license I have been working for for my entire life. I'm nothing special." Pika said, bitterly.

"Then what about your team, team PRTL, right?" Kurapika asked. "Why aren't they taking the test with you?"

"Oh, right." Pika said, chuckling under her breath. "My team consists of me, the leader, Rowan, my FFF ((A/N: Shout out to the real Pika Pika_Brawen_! My OC me is called Rowan! For everyone else FFF is one step higher than a BFF.)), Tia, my second FFF, and Luci, my third FFF. Tia and Rowan belong to the Fairy Tail guild, same as my mum and dad, Luci is learning alchemy from Edward Elric, the 'Fullmetal' alchemist. None of them really care about being hunters, they were in a team with me because I wanted to be one and I needed a team and I wanted my team to be my friends." Pika explained.

"If you're Pika Branwen, then surely your father is Qrow Branwen." Tonpa said.

"Yeah... And?" Pika asked, not getting his point.

"Qrow Branwen isn't in the Fairy Tail guild, so how can your mum and dad be in the Fairy Tail guild?" Tonpa asked.

"Oh, I wasn't raised by my father, I was raised by two friends of his; Erza Scarlet and Jellal Fernandez. They're married and have a son who is my childhood friend, but I was raised as their daughter. I was always told that Qrow is my real father, but his semblance caused him to stay away. Because I was raised by two wizards I know some magic too!" Pika said, excitedly.

Although he didn't want to admit it, Kurapika was jealous of this childhood friend of Pika's. He wanted to be the one raised with her. What was he thinking!? No. Pika is a friend, nothing more. NOTHING MORE!!

"What is a 'semblance'?" Gon asked.

"Ummmm.... Well... I guess the easiest way to explain it is the, for want of a better word, physical manifestation of aura, which is life force, that is different for different people. Ruby's is petal burst, allowing her to turn into a mass of petals, Weiss uses glyphs to do different things. And I have the ability to see aura. With one eye I always see the original image with no aura at all, and with the other eye I see the aura there. Most semblances can be used or not at will, but my father's and mine are always being used and we have no choice." Pika said, her voice sounding a little sad.

"So what's your father's semblance?" The man she saved asked.

"Bad luck." Pika said, a shadow covering her eyes as they turned blue. "Whenever you're around my father, you're affected by the bad luck of his semblance. He can't control it, that's how my mother died, that's why I was raised by Erza and Jellal. He wanted to protect me from it." Pika said.

Throughout all of the conversation Leorio hadn't said a word, he just stared at Pika.

Noticing this, Pika turned to him. "What's up? Why aren't you talking? You're allowed to ask me questions."

"I'm so sorry, I didn't know that you were famous Branwen-san!" Leorio said, sticking his hand out for a hand shake.

"Gee, you make it sound like my team and father are a big deal or something, Reolio." Pika said, laughing at him. Leorio seemed not to notice her teasing mispronunciation of his name and kept his hand out. "Seriously, you're no fun like this. Don't treat me like I'm a celebrity or anything, just treat me like a normal person." Pika sighed as she shrugged, but she shook his hand anyway.

((A/N: I included some Pika backstory. How was the chapter? I know I didn't put Fairy Tail down at first but it was a new idea.
