Ok so me and my family were going off and gettin some Sweet Frog :).

While we were there, the policemen came with their puppy!!! ( I couldn't touch him because he's a police doggy ) And I heard another doggy barky!!! I went over to look at him, and saw he was an adorable wittle Maltese pwuppy!!!

So we sat there for 10-15 minutes, talking to the policemen and their doggy, and I kept looking at the doggy, and he was panting. Hard.

We sat there for forty five minutes. And the dog's owner never came back. It was 100 Degree weather and they let the dog stay in the car for 45 minutes, guys ( A car in that heat can get up to 175 degrees hot!!! )

So, after about an hour, I went back in the Sweet Frog and got a sticky note, and was about to go outside and put it on their windshield, when they finally came out of the MASSAGE PLACE no less!

I never did get the chance to talk to them about their dog. After that we followed them and they turned into the target and did it AGAIN!!!! It made me so mad. This time the mom stayed with the dog though.

So... I'm going to try and make it a law for no one to leave their dog in the car when it is above 65 degrees ( AT LEAST!! ) in my state!!! ^.^
