Since you said she was a background oc, to make it simple so I went with a fancy outfit that fits the teacher aesthetic!

Got rid of the blue since I couldn't really fit it and wanted to go with more of an Earthy vibe!

Since I couldn't really tell what the colors were, I made them different from the picture

The skin color is on the colored spectrum and she still has green eyes! All I added were cute green shades over her eyes

Her hair is curly and is a brown ombre to an even darker brown!

She is wearing a tie over her cardigan and suspenders!

The brown on the sleeves got incorporated into the pants

Decided to give her green boots
