I know I said I wouldn't publish today but I couldn't help it since I have all this motivation and I could always break later before doing the next batch! This redesign is for the lovely Gotgamesonyouphone

And here is my take on em!

The original wasn't colored so I had no help on colors; however, his name was Darkness so I went with a red and black color scheme

His features are still floating off his body

Added a cape

Made outfit into a fancy suit

Kept smile from the original design

Added a top hat

Puffy, fancy suit sleeves + gloves

Cane

Different shapes as buttons as I wanted to incorporate more shapes into their design

Didn't know skin color so they are lightly mixed

Didn't know hair or eye color so they are brown and brownish-oranges

Went with a fancy approach since they seem like someone that would be intimidating due to being the most powerful 2-D figure in your universe but actually be a sweet bean !
