I woke up to a snoring TigerKit next to a stream in camp stretched and yawned "TigerKit wake up." I said playfully he groaned "but mom I so tired."he said closing his eyes because of the sunlight in his eyes " I'm not your  mom!" She laughed and pounced him he suddenly realized when was talking to up"uh sorry about that I'm so used to waking up to my mom. I just hope I won't call my mentor mom." He said well I laughed at his joke we didn't see the cat coming towards us "well you better not call your mentor mom tonight because you are becoming a apprentice today!" I looked up at the blue eyed large gray Tom was only he becoming an apprentice? Wait how old am I? I'll just go see mom "be back soon" I said before running into SnakeTail "I'm sorry kit are you off to see your mother I can carry you so you don't run into any cat." Said SnakeTail looking at the kit "uhh ok..." I said wondering why he was being so nice he sat down lowering his body "uhh why are you doing that?" I asked confused "haven't you ever had a badger ride before?" He asked his head slightly tilted I shook my head "well it's will be your last first time because you are six moons  soon you'll be an apprentice it's almost time so you better get groomed quickly." He said letting me down "thanks!" Little did I know that would be my last smile for a long time "mom?" I called "momma are you in there?" I walked in thinking she was asleep I saw PatchKit sitting there licking the blood off his paws "h-How CouldYou Do This To To Our OWN MOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled pouncing on him with my claws unsheathed "you killed her!" A yowl came from behind me I looked over to to petalkit "No I didn't it wasnt me it was PatchKit he killed her he was the one who ruined her and my life and Why in the world would I kill my own mother she was the only thing that kept me going the only thing that loved me for who I am not for who my father was unlike you and everyone else in this clan!!!" I yelled at her with tears in my eyes I ran over to my mother and cuddled up to her crying "kits what's going on in he-SCARLET SKY!!!!" I heard snaketail yell as he ran over to her and looked at her in disbelief " I-i loved h-her so much." He whispered "you l-loved her!?" I said looking at him with questions floating around my eyes "yes but she didn't feel the same."

Hello and sorry for the late chapter I hope you liked this chapter poor RedKit how will she deal with this loss and snaketail loved her mother and why would PatchKit do that? So many questions
