Reef was just relaxing, walking about, enjoying another day in the fabulous Trollstopia, when his bracelet shined and everyone went crazy.

Reef Marina: Uh-oh. Hug Time. Quick, I must find the perfect hug, and fast!

He kept looking and looking, not being able to find a perfect hug. Some of them could be huge bear hugs, some of them could be even sharp, as most Rock Trolls wear spike bracelets. But then . . . the perfect one arrived. And he didn't look for it . . . it came to him.

Reef Marina: *feels a hug, gasps, eyes sparkle*

Techno Troll: Huggies.

Reef Marina: (inside his head) What is this special feeling? This . . . fuzzy gloriousness, this fiber-opticy feeling? This feels . . .

Reef Marina: Beautiful.

He looks to see a girl Techno Troll with a light blue skin, green and cyan markings, yellow eyelashes, and pink eye color. Her heart was a light green, as she had yellow and cyan pixels on her fins. She still kept hugging.

Reef Marina: Umm . . .

Techno Troll: Oh, sorry, am I disturbing you? *lets go*

Reef Marina: *gasps happily*

*in Reef's mind*

Both Spirits: *gasp happily* SHE SPEAKS IN A BRITISH ACCENT! *laugh happily*

*outside of Reef's mind*

Reef Marina: Not at all. In fact, *clears his throat, speaks in a British accent* that felt rather pleasing.

Techno Troll: *giggles* Nice to meet you, umm . . .

Reef Marina: (as Sean Connery accent) Marina. Reef Marina.

Techno Troll: *laughs* Amazing. My name's . . .

???: Hey Jade! I need you for a second!

Jade: Coming! See ya soon! *walks away*

Reef Marina: Jade. Wow.

*at the ambassadors council*

Reef Marina: *giggles happily*

Queen Poppy: Wow, Reef, I've never seen you this excited before.

Synth: It must be from the raving, huh, Remix?

Reef Marina: Nope. I believe I found . . . the one.

Everyone: *gasps*

Lownote Jones: That's cool . . . and tight, baby.

Holly Darling: Why, golly!

Synth: That's lit!

Dante Crescendo: Why, I say, that's marvelous!

Val ThunderShock: . . . meh.

Queen Poppy: Reef, just . . . how?!

Reef Marina: I felt it from hug time today!

Queen Poppy: Maybe, you already found your mate.

Reef Marina: I can tell I did.

Val ThunderShock: *laughs nervously* Umm, I gotta go.

Queen Poppy: Why?

Val ThunderShock: Oh, you know, important ambassador duties . . . or I need to crash. See ya in a bit.

Queen Poppy: Okay?

*at Rock Hollow, one hour later, at the main place*

Val ThunderShock: *groans*

Demo: Umm, Val, you okay?

Val ThunderShock: Uhh, no. That's why I'm groaning. Which speaking of, *groans*

Demo: Well, what's the matter or something?

Val ThunderShock: It's the fish.

Demo: Oh, the fish. What about the fish?

Val ThunderShock: He found someone.

Demo: Oh, that's great.

Val ThunderShock: I'm sorry . . . great? Great?!

Demo: Umm . . .

Val ThunderShock: There's still one person who loves him . . .

Demo: Well, to girls, he's attractive . . .

Val ThunderShock: *growls*

Demo: I mean, whom?

Val ThunderShock: (whispering) Queen Barb.

Demo: WHAT?!?!

Val ThunderShock: Shhh! She gave us this letter.

Demo: *looks at it* Wait, how can you tell?

Val ThunderShock: She gave it to me.

*at Volcano Rock City, at Queen Barb's pod*

Queen Barb: Hey, Val?

Val ThunderShock: Yes, my queen?

Queen Barb: Give this letter to that fish once he settles in. *hands her the letter*

Val ThunderShock: Okay.

Queen Barb: (whispering) Reef, I still . . .

Val ThunderShock: What was that?

Queen Barb: Umm . . . JUST DELIVER THE STUPID LETTER!

Val ThunderShock: Got it! *runs away*

*flashback ends*

Demo: How does this affect us?

Val ThunderShock: She's coming to check on Trollstopia, see how the Trolls are doing . . . next week!

Demo: *gasps*

Val ThunderShock: So we have to make sure Barb doesn't see Reef and this little Techno one, otherwise bad things will happen.

Demo: Right, my friend. What shall I do?

Val ThunderShock: Hmm . . .

*at Techno Lagoon, in Reef's pod*

Reef Marina: *yawns* Another glorious day in Trollstopia . . . *checks the timer* *gasps* 6AM?! I'm late! *swims out* I'm gonna be late for the morning . . . rave?

He did see his tribe doing what they do mostly . . . but they normally don't do it at this time.

Reef Marina: Umm, Synth? Am I . . . late?

Synth: *laughs* No, dude! You're on time!

Reef Marina: Wait, what? But we normally start at 4 in the morning!

Synth: I know, but we found this new one to party with us! *reveals Jade*

Reef Marina: *gasps happily* It's her.

Then the hug time bracelet shined again. Was this finally good luck? Being as nice as he was, Reef tried to hug her, but she hugged as fast as possible.

Reef Marina: Wha . . .

Reef Marina (Inside his head) Oh man, I'm feeling that feeling again. It feels fuzzy. And I don't want it to stop.

Jade: Huggies again.

Reef Marina: Hmm. Huggies again. *hugs*

Techno Trolls: Ooh!

Reef Marina: Shut up!

Techno Trolls: *laughing*

Synth: Bro, admit it. You're in that word with her.

Reef Marina: I am not! That is . . .

Reef Marina (inside his head) Not yet.

*at Rock Hollow*

Val ThunderShock: How are we gonna keep this a secret from the queen?

Demo: *shrugs*

Val ThunderShock: This is serious, Demo.

Demo: I mean . . . maybe when they are having fun together, stick a quarantine bubble on them.

Val ThunderShock: Quarantine bubble?

Demo: Umm, yeah, a quarantine bubble. A bubble only meant for one or two people.

Val ThunderShock: Okay, okay.

Queen Poppy: Val?

Val ThunderShock: Quick, hide the plans!

Demo: Got it!

Queen Poppy: Val!

Val ThunderShock: What's up, Popsqueak?

Queen Poppy: I'm so booooooooooored. *groans*

Val ThunderShock: But, you're a queen. Don't you have something you need to do?

Queen Poppy: Besides singing, dancing and hugging, I'm not busy.

Val ThunderShock: Oh, wow. Don't expect that from a piece of "Pop"corn. Eh?

Queen Poppy: Yeah, nice, funny. Anyway, there's gotta be something you wanna do.

Val ThunderShock: *sighs* We're blown. Demo, show her. Poppy . . . we need to tell you something.

*near a concert hall*

Reef was just walking, minding his own business after that race until he saw a mysterious sign near a concert hall door.

Reef Marina: "Jade the Techno Troll. The only Troll who knows how to rock?!" Oh, no. This I have to see.

So he enters into the room, and he sees millions of Trolls, mostly Techno and Rock ones, all banging their heads to the sign of the horns.

Reef Marina: Okay, I may "like" you and all, but there's still one Troll, and one only who knows how to . . . wha-huh?

It was Jade! And she was at the performance area, singing her heart out! Hell, she was the lead singer.

Reef Marina: She knows how to . . .

Reef's heart beated more than before listening to the awesome medley she was singing. Even one Techno Troll fainted happily. But, outside the hall, Val wanted an end to this. So, she brought Demo and Poppy to see and cover this all up before Barb came.

Val ThunderShock: Hmm, that's the Troll that Reef cares about?

Demo: "Jade the Techno Troll" Hmm, she must be the one that Reef is "raving" for. *laughs uncontrollably*

Val ThunderShock: Yeah, nice. Funny.

Demo: Get it? Cause Techno Trolls . . . you know?

Queen Poppy: That was pretty funny, Demo. *snickers, fist bumps*

Val ThunderShock: How am I gonna cover up something as big as this?!

*at Volcano Rock City*

Queen Barb: Hmm . . . Reef is a nice troll . . . Riff!

Riff: Yes, your rockness?

Queen Barb: Do you think me and Reef . . . could be an equal couple?

Riff: Well, it could happen. You guys are both into the same music.

Queen Barb: Yeah . . .

Riff: And he can survive the same stuff us Rock Trolls do, like jumping in lava.

Queen Barb: I guess . . .

Riff: Maybe, he could be the right one for you.

Queen Barb: You're right. Scratch the calendar date. Make a letter!

*a few moments after, in Trollstopia*

Val ThunderShock: TOMORROW?! Okay, this is bad. This is super bad!

Demo: Yeah, but on the bright side . . .

Val ThunderShock: THERE IS NO BRIGHT SIDE, DEMO! THERE IS NONE!

Demo and Queen Poppy: *shocked face*

Val ThunderShock: We can't hide this! Not now! There has to be something so bad that happens, that maybe, just maybe, it'll all be hidden!

*at sunset*

Reef Marina: Jade, that was such a spectacular concert you did!

Jade: D'aww, it was nothing. *blushes*

Reef Marina: This may sound dumb . . . but . . . Do you think we should be meant for each other?

Jade: Well . . . it kinda depends. We both look like we do good together. Shall we do a few more things before night time is over?

Reef Marina: Sure!

Jade: Wait . . . but what if your flippers get cold?

Reef Marina: I've dealt with worse.

Jade: I don't want the precious little things you walk on to get cold. *whimpers* We should probably rest. Is that okay with you?

Reef Marina: Umm, okay.

Jade: D'aww, thank you!

Reef Marina: *blushes*

Jade: *blushes*

*at nighttime*

It was now nighttime in Techno Lagoon and every Techno Troll was asleep. All except for one . . .

Jade: *chuckles*

Just when suddenly everything seems quiet, it was 3:30 am . . . And a giant sticky tentacle decided to grab Reef and fling him out of his own house.

Reef Marina: *yelps* Where am I? Jade? Jade, where are you?

Jade: Right here.

Reef Marina: *looks at the octopus and gasps*

Jade wasn't really a Techno Troll at all! She was an octopus! But not just any octopus . . . A Techno Troll eating octopus.

Jade: Do you know how I find the best Techno Troll?

Reef Marina: Nooo? *ears droop down*

Jade: I can tell that when I find the perfect one, then they will be the perfect one . . . IN MY STOMACH!

Reef Marina: *yelps, the octopus drags him closer near the mouth, grunts, gets out* Jade, all this time . . . this is who you really were?

Jade: Don't expect every pretty Techno Troll to be a sweetheart. *laughs, swims after him*

Reef Marina: *yelps, swims away*

*meanwhile, in Synth's pod*

Synth: *happily sleeping*

Reef Marina: *in the distance* SYNTH!

Synth: *grumbling* Not now, Remix.

Jade: *growls*

Reef Marina: SYNTH!!!

Synth: *yelps, hits his head* Oof. What the . . . oh. *pets his pile of glowsticks* I'm coming back later, baby. *swims* Remix, Remix, I'm coming, I'm . . . *looks at the giant octopus, quivers*

Reef Marina: Oh, are you kidding me? *swims up on land*

Jade: Come here, little fishy.

Reef Marina: Umm, I'd rather not? *keeps running*

*in Branch's bunker*

Branch: *happily sleeping, hears a earthquake* What? What the . . . earthquake? *looks outside, gasps* Oh, not today.

Reef Marina: Umm, Jade, can't we settle this out?

Jade: I'd rather not. I'd made my decision.

Reef Marina: *yelps*

Jade: *grabs him*

Reef Marina: *yells*

*at the Bunker, Branch grabs a harpoon, and runs out the bunker*

Jade: Hmm, it is the morning. I guess it means it's breakfast time.

Reef Marina: Okay?

Jade: Hmm, but what should I do with you?

Reef Marina: Is don't eat me an option?

Jade: *chuckles* Silly, no. I was kind of in the mood for . . . Techno Troll pancakes?

Reef Marina: Ew!

Jade: Ooh, yeah, that sounds tasty! And . . . maybe a bit of whipped cream . . . ooh . . . and some maple syrup . . . tasty . . .

Reef Marina: Gross! You're gonna make me feel sick.

Jade: Ooh, no. A sick Techno Troll is a bad Techno Troll. I need a good one and you are it. *chuckles*

Reef Marina: *gasps*

*in Volcano Rock City*

Queen Barb: This shall just take a few minutes, but I'll be back, my bros.

Rock Trolls: *cheering*

Queen Barb: Yeah, rock on! *bus closes* What's the fastest route to the city?

Riff: 5 minutes.

Queen Barb: Perfect. Step on it!

*back in Trollstopia*

As Jade tried desperately to flatten him, Branch came with the harpoon.

Branch: I'm here, I'm here! I got this!

Reef Marina: Well, could you hurry up?! This is worse than any other torture I've dealt with. And that's saying a lot. I mean, remember the shark?

*in Techno Reef, Reef's grabbing on to the teeth of the shark, as the shark tries to eat him*

*flashback ends*

Reef Marina: Or the giant squid?

*another flashback in Techno Reef, as Reef is grabbed by a giant squid*

Reef Marina: *chuckles* You don't mind if I call you "Squiddy", do ya?

*flashback ends*

Reef Marina: And you don't even wanna KNOW about the fish!

*another flashback, as Reef was INSIDE the fish*

Reef Marina: *muffled screaming*

*flashback ends*

Reef Marina: Point being . . .

While Reef was still talking, the octopus trapped him in a little circle, planning to squeeze him, as the circle went smaller and smaller.

Reef Marina: . . . GET ME THE HECK OUTTA HERE!!

*near Trollstopia*

Queen Barb: How close now?

Riff: One more!

Queen Barb: Great! *looks closely* I see it! Does it always have a giant octopus?

Riff: Huh?

*in Trollstopia*

Branch: *throws the harpoon, stabs Jade*

Jade: *screeches, grabs it, aims it at him*

Branch: Oh no . . . *dashes as the harpoon hits the grass*

Reef Marina: What was that?

Branch: Nothing! Just a bit of "trying to save you stuff."

Jade: *grabs the harpoon, breaks it*

Branch: *gasps in horror*

Reef Marina: What? WHAT?!

Branch: Umm . . . don't be mad, but . . . the harpoon broke.

Reef Marina: WHAT?!!

He screamed as the circle went smaller and smaller. Luckily, the Rock queen showed just in time.

Queen Barb: Who wants calamari for dinner?! *blasts the octopus with the guitar*

Branch: Isn't that stuff basically some kind of squid?

Queen Barb: I think! *keeps blasting*

The octopus let go of the grasp and it made Reef fall down as the octopus passed out from all the guitar strikes.

Queen Barb: *goes down on the ground, grabs Reef* Ew! *drops him, Reef groans* He's like a baby that just hatched out of a chicken egg!

What? Barb didn't know that octopus tentacles are sticky? Well, just then, the Trolls of Trollstopia woke up. Most importantly, the Rock Trolls. Synth as well, who decided to hug his bro . . . but eventually regretted that decision.

Queen Barb: Hello, fellow Trolls of Trollstopia. You all know me as Queen Barb, of the Rock Trolls!

Synth: Yeah! The one who hurt my friends . . .

Dante Crescendo: The one who forced me to like your music!

Holly Darling: Don't even get me started about that huge rodeo we had!

Queen Barb: JEEZ, CAN EVERYONE STOP WITH THAT?! IT'S BEEN MONTHS! I'VE CHANGED!

Everyone: *gasps*

Riff: Sorry everyone. She just hates when the World Tour is brought up. She did a whole tour about it.

Queen Barb: *ahem* Now then, I've come to see how my Rock Trolls are doing.

Val Thundershock: *pop out from the crowds* Uh-oh.

Queen Barb: *gives every Rock Troll a fist bump*

Val Thundershock: Should we tell her the truth?

Demo: I dunno.

Queen Barb: What?

Val Thundershock & Demo: *gasps*

Queen Barb: What truth? Do you not like it here?

Val Thundershock: No, it's not that! It's just . . . *whispering the entire story* WHAT?!

Reef Marina: Huh? *wipes the octopus slime off him, yelps*

Queen Barb: So, you found someone else, huh?

Reef Marina: Yeah, but she was an octopus! Why are you worried about this?!

Queen Barb: Because . . . *gets her guitar ready*

Reef Marina: *whimpers*

Queen Barb: *gasps* Because . . . I love you too.

Reef Marina: *gasps* Barb . . . you do know I'm not ready to rule a kingdom yet, correct?

Queen Barb: I understand. Sometimes, it can be boring. Reealll boring.

Reef Marina: Ah.

Queen Barb: But yeah, I was just wondering. But now, I totally get how weird and bad it sounds. You should enjoy yourself in Trollstopia and get used to your culture and other cultures. As for me, in case if you ever need a rockin' queen, Barb will be at her volcano.

Reef Marina: *smiles*

Val Thundershock: Wait, that's it?

Queen Barb: Yep.

Val Thundershock: But . . . you were so furious.

Queen Barb: Well, yeah . . . but growing after that World Tour, I realized something. This fish is allowed to do whatever he wants. I don't wanna force him to make him mine.

Val Thundershock: Yeah, but . . . she was a rockstar! You two would've gotten along!

Queen Barb: *sighs* tsk, tsk, tsk. Val, I've been reading a bit on Techno culture myself, and . . . Octopuses are no joke. First, they try to cuddle you and love you, and then before you know it, SNAP! They wanna eat you. The Techno lands are a cruel place to live in.

Val Thundershock: I see, but . . .

Queen Barb: No buts. I just finally came to check on my tribe members. Do you really think I'm gonna miss out an opportunity to party, all to talk about an octopus that tried to kill a fish?

Just then, Queen Poppy comes into the scene.

Queen Poppy: PARTY?! I'll plan!

Queen Barb: No need, pop-squeak. I got this one.

Branch: *picks Reef up* Nice to know that her hearing still works.

Reef Marina: *groans* Yeah. What a crazy morning.

After a long day, filled with partying, and barely a sign of glitter in sight, even the fact that the leaders came too, it was time to head back to the volcano.

Queen Barb: Bye, everyone! See ya!

Trolls: *all waving, saying "Bye"*

Branch: Welp, today was a crazy day.

Reef Marina: Yep. *yawns* Welp, I think I'm ready to get some sleep.

Synth: Oh no, you don't. *grabs Reef* It's time for you to have a nightly rave. You haven't raved at all today!

Branch: *grabs Reef* Dude, let him be. He needs it.

Synth: D'oh . . . okay then. But only for you, Dubstep.

Branch: *smiles*

8 hours later, the morning rose again, and at the rave place in Techno Lagoon, another new Troll came there.

???: *gasps* Finally! He's free. No one to dance with. *swims to him* *ahem* Reef Marina . . . may I please rave with you?

Reef Marina: *blushes a tiny bit* Umm . . . sure.

???: *blushes* Thank you. *both rave together*

Reef Marina: So, I've never caught your name. What is it?

???: My name is Lilac. Lilac Turntable.

Reef Marina: Well, Lilac. Let's enjoy this rave to the fullest!

Lilac: Ooh, I'd like that.

The two both raved together, until they had things to do. Luckily, after a huge chat, she wasn't an octopus too. Life felt sweet, all wrapped in a little bow. It could be the end of our story, y'know.

Synth: *gives a blank stare while Reef looks wholeheartedly excited* You found someone else, didn't you?

Reef Marina: *squeals* Yeah!

Synth: Ugh.
