So today is an emotional day. For those of you not in America it is the day that America was attacked. The twin towers, the pentagon, and a plane headed towards an unknown destination.  2,996 people died on this day. Please if you pray, pray for their families. If you don't just take a few moments out of your day to think about and wish the best for them. I wasn't born, but the affect it had on my family, shaped me to who I am today.

Please just keep America, her citizens and anyone and everyone who was affected by today in your thoughts.

If you know any first responders, I.E. paramedics, firefighters, police officers, Red Cross workers, tell them that you appreciate what they do and that they are amazing and brave.

Just take a few moments and maybe change someone's day on this externally hard day of remembrance.
