"That's us," Grant calls out. Luna grips tight on Grant's arm as the doctor walks over.

"I'm Dr. Graham, I'm the one caring for your children. I am happy to say that Ashlynn came out of the fall unscathed except for a couple of bruises." Dr. Graham forces a smile on his face.

"What about Brayden, is he okay?" as Luna asked this, she noticed the smile fade from Dr. Graham's face.

"Brayden is okay, so to speak. During the fall he got a concussion, broke one rib, dislocated his knee cap, and shattered his left forearm." Dr. Graham explained.

"Oh my god, how do you classify that as 'okay'?" Grant gasped.

"While checking his body for any other injuries we did a CAT scan on his torso and while he did not have any other injuries related to the fall, we did find a tumor." Luna's grip on Grant's arm tightened.

"What does that mean?" Luna cried out.

"It means your son has cancer."
