This is what happens with sleep even just a two minute nap. Nightmares. And I just had the craziest one 30 minutes ago and a kinda freaky one too.

It didn't last that long but I woke up in a small dark room and some shadowy thing came and grabbed my throat and I saw red eyes that rendered me immobile.

Then it whispered something and then I woke up. I've been having weird nightmares
