After arriving home, the first thing Kageyama did was take a long shower. She smelled like shit, and wanted to get rid of that stench as soon as possible. While she was in the shower, her mind went back to the alley. As she suspected, they managed to make a portal to this world. But how? 'The how doesn't matter right now Touko. Don't ponder about it.' she thought as she lathered her hair with mint scented shampoo. The smell of mint was slowly but surely overcoming the disgusting smell of the trash bin. "Now I just need to feed Kurai and have something to eat before going to bed." she mumbled.

Yes, after feeding Kurai and having ramen for dinner, she was planning on going to bed. However, her phone's notifications were blowing up. 'I swear if it's Karasuno.' she thought, scowling. Opening her phone, she saw that, indeed, it was Karasuno. The first thing she did was leave the main Karasuno group chat before she went to check out the main Volleyball group chat. Suga had made that gc for all the volleyball players to bond.

Kageyama is online

Kunimi:
Finally.
Queen, why the heck is your team spamming this gc?

:Kageyama
Probably because I left the Karasuno gc

Oikawa:
Huh?
Wdym Touko-chan??

Suga:
Kageyama, please listen!

:Kageyama
NO!

Daichi:
Kageyama-

:Kageyama
NO!
I refuse to listen to you!
I thought I made it clear back in the gym, but since you can't listen, I'll repeat it for you.

Hinata:
Bakayama-

:Kageyama
 Do not contact me again.
After you unfairly kicked me out of the team, I don't see the need to talk to you.
I do apologize for my past actions, and even though a sorry can't fix it, I've been doing all I can to redeem myself. I'm sincerely sorry, especially to you two, Kindaichi, Kunimi.
However!
Kicking me out for my past selfish behaviour, one that I've left in the dust for a long time, is truly unfair.

Kindaichi:
What are you talking about-

:Kageyama
Sawamura-san, because of that, most of my respect for you dropped like if it was ice.
Especially since you have seen me trying to become a better person.
I've been learning what it means to be a part of a team.
And the rest of you.
You didn't defend me. You didn't stand up for me.
You didn't even look surprised.
You heard everything, and yet you did nothing.
You agreed to unfairly kick me off.
As I stated before, do not contact me again. I'm already planning on blocking all of your personal contacts.
I would also like to leave this gc, but there are people I enjoy texting with, as well as amazing and talented volleyball players that have great tips when it comes to improving.
One last warning.
Just.
Leave.
Me.
ALONE!

Kageyama is offline

Kageyama felt a big weight off of her chest as soon as she went offline. 'That felt good...' she thought. Shifting around, she watched as Kurai got settled. "You know... You're the first animal that isn't scared of me." she admitted with a smile "I'm kinda happy for that." she added. The crow looked at her before he started glowing, much to the setter's surprise. And where Kurai stood, now was a small boy.

"Thanks Touko-san!" he smiled. Kageyama just stared at him with wide eyes. The child realized what he did.

"Please don't freak out! It's me, Kurai! This is just my human form!" he stammered, trying to explain what was happening.

"I'm not freaking out. This just took me off guard." Kageyama stated. Kurai sighed in relief.

"Now, you mind explaining what you really are?" she asked, sitting on her bed. Kurai nodded.

"Like you, I come from another world" Kageyama slighty shifted her position, her elbows on her knees, listening quietly "In my world, we are known as 'Shifters'. We can shift into a certain creature. As you saw, I can shift into a crow." he explained, shifting back into his crow form before he shifted back into his child form "We each have different ranks. 'Yowai' are the weakest shifters. They can shift into common and/or weak creatures, and are mainly citizens. 'Heikin' are the medium power shifters. These shifters can shift into common creatures, but they are in the Royal Guard. They're mainly spies, healers or capturers. Then we have the 'Tsuyoi' rank. These shifters are pretty strong, no matter what creature they can shift into. They're mostly attackers or defenders, but I've seen some spies in this rank." he explained. The setter nodded, processing all of the information. 'I remember Mr. Lowrie talking about this world before in class.' she thought.

"Is there a stronger rank?" she asked.

"It's not a rank, but it's more of the two that rule this world. Chrysa and Vergil." he named "Those two are the rulers. Chrysa can shift into a goddess, while Vergil can shift into a dragon." he explained. Kageyama nodded. Kurai's world was surely interesting.

"Wait, did you have a name before?" she asked.

"Yeah. My previous name was Gotzone, but I don't like it. I want to stick with Kurai, I think it's cooler." he grinned. Kageyama sweatdropped.

"Let's go to sleep. It's late." she ordered. Kurai nodded, shifting into his crow form before going to sleep. Kageyama got under the sheets, ready to go to sleep.

Kurai's world actually took me a long time to create, holy crow.

Yowai=Weak
Heikin=Average
Tsuyoi=Strong

Listen, I didn't have any brain power to think of cooler names, ok? Don't come at me.
