After having their dinner both of them went back to their bedroom and checking everything for one last time went back to sleep to get lost in their dreamlands till the morning. Both of them were waiting eagerly for the next day but each had a different reason and a different goal and nobody knew what their lives had planned for them.

Next morning :

Sameer - ( *standing up from the sofa* ) Naina fast! Jaldi chalo hume der ho rahi hai.

Sameer yelled for the 5th time from the hall.

Naina - Chilla kyun rahe hain? Agayi bas 1 minute.

Sameer - Naina pichle 1 ghante se tum yahi bol rahi ho, mujhe pata hai ki bachpan mein main maths mein weak tha par itna bhi weak nahi tha ki 1 minute aur 1 ghante mein farak nahi bata paun.

Yelling back, Sameer sat back down on the sofa, impatiently tapping his foot while waiting for her to arrive.
Finally after a wait of a few more minutes, Naina came down dressed in a wine red off-shoulder top, paired with black high-waisted jeans and black high stiletto heels. She had applied minimal make up. Her bangles were crinkling gently and the nuptial chain was adorning her neck like always. She was looking even more beautiful today and Sameer was completely awe-struck seeing her. She was looking simply awesome, so subtle yet so gorgeous.

Naina - ( *Walking towards Sameer* ) Achi lag rahi hun?

Sameer - ( *Not in his senses* ) Bahut

Naina - Haan?!

Sameer immediately realized what he had just said and to not make everything awkward, started trying to cover it up.

Sameer - Me-mera matlab hai bahut-bahut late ho rahe hain hum jaldi chalna chahiye hume. Ja-jaldi aao. ( *stuttering* )

Saying this, Sameer left the mansion, leaving a blushing Naina behind.
Though he had tried to cover it up, Naina knew what he had meant by that, and even the little compliment had too much effect on her. But coming out of her little dream world, she rushed out of the mansion to get into the car and reach their destination without any inconveniences or further delay.

Standing infront of the private plane, Naina wasn't being able to lift her eyes off the beauty present in front of her.

Naina - Yeh tumhara hai?

Sameer - Haan. But is mein itna shock hone wali konsi baat hai?

Naina - Are you serious? How rich are you?

Sameer - ( *Smirking* ) More than you can imagine. Ab chale? Ya yahi par khade rehne ka iraada hai? Coz as much as I know hum dono mein se kisi ke paas bhi doremon ka anywhere door nahi hai ki khola aur pahunch gaye Russia.

Naina - ( *teasing* ) Aap abhi bhi doremon dekh te hain?

Sameer - Kya?!

Naina - Nahi koi baat nahi par apko dekh ke lagta nahi ki apko cartoons pasand honge ( *Suppressing a chuckle* )

Sameer - ( *Rolls eyes* ) Hogaya tumhara?
Tum itni irritating kaise ho sakti ho?

Naina - Waise hi jaise aap itne nakchadhe ho sakte ho

Sameer - ( *furrowed eyebrows* ) Tumne mujhe nakchadha kaha?

Naina - Haa
Aur apko mein irritating lagti hun?

Sameer - Lagti kya ho? Ho hi tum irritating

Naina - Sameer!!!

Sameer - ( *Mimicking her* ) Sameer!!!

Seeing them on the verge of fighting even the air hostesses hurried to stop them.

Air hostess 1 - Sir, mam aap baad mein ladh lijiyega abhi chaliye aap dono please

Naina - ( *Stopped arguing* ) Acha acha theek hai hum nahi kar rahe argue aur main toh kuch bol bhi nahi rahi thi yahi Mr nakchadhe Maheshwari hi mujhse ladhrahe the

Sameer - Wah! Main ladh raha tha ya tum mujhse ladh rahi thi? Naina nahi Naina devi ho bilkul tum

Air hostess 2 - ( *Interrupting* ) Mam sir please aap chaliye abhi nahi toh aur bhi late ho jaenge.

Finally listening to their requests, both of them stopped fighting. And shortly after the little fight, Naina entered the flight followed by Sameer.

A few hours later :

The journey was quite peaceful and as expected there was not much of a talk between samaina after the little fight. Sameer had chosen to concentrate on his work as always, while Naina had kept herself busy by enjoying her time alone.

The flight landed soon, and both of them got out of it not bothering about their laugage.
As soon as Naina stepped on the ground, an instant smile mixed with a few other emotions got scattered across her face.
Sameer noticing the sudden change in emotions thought of finally breaking the ice and enquiring if everything was alright.

Sameer - Naina kya hua?

Naina - ( *Still smiling* ) Ji? Nahi kuch bhi toh nahi. Bas itne time baad ek nayi jagah aakar bahut acha lag raha hai. Aur koi baat nahi hai

Sameer - Are you sure?

Naina - Haa Sameer, am sure sab theek hai. Aap khamakha hi tension le rahe hain.

Though she was saying that everything was fine, Sameer was being able to see a number of emotions swirling in those deep eyes of hers.
There were a lot of emotions, maybe excitement? happiness? Or scars from some bitter memories?!
It was almost impossible to figure out what was going on in her mind but Sameer knew that she was hiding something from him. Something he badly needed to know. Something which was really close to her.
But shrugging off all the thoughts, he took her towards his car, to reach the hotel where they would be staying for the next few days.
The ride to the hotel was silently but it was a comfortable silence and Naina was beaming in the whole ride. As soon as they reached, getting out of the car, both of them started walking towards their room but were interrupted by Naina midway.

Naina - Sameer humne check-in nahi kiya

Sameer - Zaroorat nahi hai

Naina - Aise kaise? Maalik hain kya aap is hotel ke?

Sameer - Haa

Naina - Kya?!

Sameer - Haan maalik hi hun

Naina - Aur bhi bata dijiye kya kya kharid rakha hai taki main har baar aise shocked na ho jau

Sameer - I can't baby! Bahut cheeze hain ( *smirking* )

Naina - ( *rolling her eyes* ) Aapko pata hai? You are sounding like a Mafia Don out of some book right now!

Sameer - Book ka toh pata nahi but I am a Mafia king in real life. Aur abhi toh bahut saari cheeze dekhni hai tumhe.

Naina - Kuch bhi ho I don't care, bas mera bag lekar jaldi room mein aajaye am really tired right now.

Saying this Naina walked away towards their room leaving a confused Sameer behind.

Sameer - Ajeeb aurat hai. Kabhi jhagda karti hai kabhi bolti hai bag lao aur main kya personal naukar hun uska? main nahi le jane wala koi bag wag

Naina - Sameerrrrr! Mera bag!!!

Sameer - ( *picking her bag up immediately* ) Ayaaaa!

A few minutes later :

Both of them were currently laying on the bed when a thought crossed Naina's mind.

Naina - ( *sitting up* ) Sameer!

Sameer - Haan

Naina - Ek baat bolu?

Sameer - Nahi

Naina - ( *made a wierd face* ) Kya nahi?! Main fir bhi bolungi, toh suniye ( *Sarcastic smile * )

Sameer - ( * Sighed* ) As expected!

Naina - Kya kaha?

Sameer - Maine? Kuch bhi toh nahi. Tum bol rahi thi na kuch?!

Naina - Ah! Haa main yeh pooch rahi thi ki jab aap apna kaam khatam karne jaenge tab main bhi jaungi na apke saath?

Sameer - Kya?! Nahi. Naina wo jagah bahut khatarnaak hai! Main tumhe waha lejakar tumhari zindagi khatre mein nahi daal sakta

Naina - Toh main kaha rahungi? ( *furrowed eyebrows* )

Sameer - Tum? Mere paas ek spaceship hai usi ke andar rahogi tum ( *Sarcastic smile* )

Naina - ( *Fake laughter* ) Heeeee! Very funny! Sameer mazak mat kijiye bataiye na!

Sameer - Kya batau? Tum yahi par rahogi aur kaha?

Naina - Yaha par? Akele?

The colour from her face got drained on hearing this and seeing her like this Sameer immediately understood the reason behind her pale expressions.

Sameer - ( *sitting up and keeping his hand on her hand to assure her* ) Chinta mat karo. Tumhe kuch nahi hoga. Is baar security aur bhi tight hai n I promise pichli baar ki tarah ab firse kabhi nahi hoga.

Sameer reassured her that there was nothing to be worried about. While Naina smiled gently at him, his mere sentence had lifted her mood too much. Both of them were currently looking into each other's eyes trying to read the number of emotions swirling in them and unknowingly both of them had started moving closer to each other. Their faces were getting closer with each passing second and it was looking as if they were too lost in each other's eyes to notice anything else going on in their sorroundings.
A few seconds later they were just a few inches apart. They were about to have their first kiss, the wind was gently blowing from the open windows causing Naina's loose strands of hair to sway gently, the birds were singing sweetly in their little swet voices, while the sunset was creating a view worth watching.  The moment was looking magical, something out of a fairytale, it was almost the perfect time and scene for a kiss, they were about to kiss each other when suddenly Sameer's phone started ringing pulling both of them out of their trance. They pulled away from each other as soon as they realized how close were they and embarrassed both of them started looking everywhere except each other, avoiding any eyes contact.
So to put a fullstop to this unwanted awkwardness, Sameer picked up his phone from the bed and left the room immediately to answer it.

As soon as Sameer left the room, Naina sat on the bed with a thud again with almost the same pale expressions.

Naina - I hope sab theek ho. I just hope ki jo past mein hua wo wapas na ho. Jis past ko itne saalo ke baad almost bhool chuki thi wo wapas aakar mere samne na khada ho jaye.
Jo tab hua tha I hope wo ab na ho.
