I love drawing dragons nowadays. Why haven't I learned to draw them long ago?

I'm currently working on a backstory for him. And like, I kinda want a...not dark storyline this time? (All my OCs kinda suffered their whole life long so...)
Mainly cause he's such a birght and happy character and dark wouldn't fit him.

So... any ideas you might have to offer as a basic guideline for me to use would be cool! Cause I'm not used to writing all happy stuff XD

Oh right, before I forget: Can anyone explain to me what the difference between "in which point of view is the story written in?" and "What's the narrator's perspective?" cause it sounds all the same to me but maybe I'm just really dumb soo... help me? Please?
