Also, appaerntly some of you don't know what a student exchange is?
Like, whoah, that's the coolest thing ever, how can you now know?

Anywho, a student exchange is when two students from two countries (in my case, Germany and america, my partner being from America of course), get to know each other by visiting the other's country etc.

I get to live as an american student for two weeks, together with my partner Jillian. I'll go to school with her, hang out with her, eat with her, live with her.

In return, she gets to visit me in germany and live her life as a german student for two weeks. She'll stay at my place and do all things together with me.

So yeah, that's what a student exchange is about...

It's a really cool thing!

Of course, it only works if you learn a language at school that's not the main language of your home country. And if your school's part of the GAPP program.
