Let's start with the external section of the book.
The cover is good, but I think it should be a little brighter. Think of it this way; it will bring the plot to light, in a symbolic way. No need for changes, just using a brighter filter would do, honestly.

The title is good, but in the story the whole process of "being crushed" is shown, so something signifying that it's still or was in the process would be more suitable.

The blurb is decent, but it doesn't represent the whole mood of the story in a way. Maybe using a quote before the character introduction would suffice. Also, the character introduction has a grammatical error. Instead of "My name is Safiya Idrees. And this is my story", it should be "My name is Safiya Idrees, and this is my story."

Now with the chapters.
The grammar is perfect! If the author wishes, though, it would be lovely to use more punctuations. The vocabulary, I think, could use a slight update, otherwise, everything is alright. I think the paragraphs seem a little lacking in the literary sense. I think figures of speech like metaphors, similes, even some things like quotes that reach the readers in a deeper sense.
Speaking of that, the chapters really spoke to me, everything I read, I could relate to. The actual reason why this review is so late is because of mental health. So I believe the message the author is trying to give to the readers is very clear. I also noticed the author includes the main character's personality very simply yet perfectly. It would also reach the readers well if the author were to include little specs of joy in the main character's life which aren't really all that joyful, it shows how mental health affects everyday life, in a way
Overall, this book just reminds me that nothing is certain and not everything happens for a legitimate reason. You sharing this story is wonderful, and it can reach a lot of people. Only improving these few pointers is all I could come up with.

I apologize for the late and inadequate review. This book has a special place in many people's hearts, and it can be even better.
