Sabo pov

It was close to the end of the summer(two weeks until the exam) when Hawk Eye brought up the idea. If all of us exceeded on what the trainers thought we can do on Haki then we can meet up with the others. So far we are winning......or that's what Releigh told me.

Luffy is extatic and Ace is excited. I'm somewhere... not in the middle. Ace is telling me that I'm overreacting but still! Luffy has some questioning crew mates, but I know that he'll do anything for them. But...there was that one time when Nami stole the ship.. and that one time when Franky wasn't on his side, the time when Usopp left the crew, Robin almost left him to die...ok yeah..I'm overreacting .. calm down Sabo!

Anyway I try to trust them but I feel the need to test them on something.. 

Two days later

Me and Ace had to hold Luffy when Hawkeye was in sight. We both knew that he could rip out of our grip but he also kn- annd now he's flying towards Zoro who is in front of Nami and Sanji. He hits zoro and makes him go flying backwards into the other two.

"Captain!" Chopper yells (the doctor, and one of the ones who hasn't done anything bad... except for the time that he raged out on the crew.. fuck is Zoro and Sanji the only ones who haven't done something bad?! And Brook I guess..)

Nami hits Luffy with a fist and ..a bump swells.. 'how? She wasn't even using Haki!?'

Ace walks over to Usopp and greets him. "You must be Sabo." A female voice comes from behind me making me jump.

"I must be lossing my touch." I muttter to myself.

"Nice to meet ya Nico Robin." I say politely (though it was somewhat through my teeth). I look back and see Luffy properly greeting his crew.

"He's a great captain ya know." Robin says . "We are very lucky to have him, but he's also very lucky to have us too. For how trusting he is." I nod, and turn my head so I could see both Robin and Lu.

"I know, but he also is great at telling who to really trust." She laughs, bringing attention to us.

"Then you have nothing to worry about Sabo." She leaves and heads towards Law. A smile finds my face as I think about it.

Luffy yells out 'feast' and everyone goes crazy (even more then they were before). Sanji then invites everyone over for lunch. His house was surprisingly not that far, but still closer to another school then ours.

"Mom! I brought friends over!" A woman with long blond hair comes out from the kitchen with a heavenly sent following her. She had curly eyebrows that everyone who had meet his family would think that Sanji got from her.

"Oh! New friends, lovely to meet you three, I'm Zami Vin. I was just cooking some lunch and Dinner, if you want some."

"I'm Sabo. There are my brothers, Ace and Luffy."

... Let's just say she was kind until we wasted food in a food fight. People probably think that Sanji got that from her .. but we know better. It wa the other way around.

A/N: Zami is a character that isn't really important. I neeeded a parent figure for Sanji if the crew will be over a lot , and given that he has one amazing father and one that's an ass I was like let's just give him another mother. I wanted her to be like Sanji, but like obsessed with cooking, so like Nami. Good wanted another Nami but not a carbon copy. So I named her close to her (also couldn't think of another name). She's a master chief, but can appreciate a first timers food. Also she has smacked some sence into Sanji about how to treat woman.

This is a chap that goes in the summer off when they have completed Haki. I do t think it would make any sence if Luffy hasn't seen his friends in forever and he doesn't want to grow a party.

Next chap the entrance exam!
