Two weeks later, the next set of shows was up and running! There were all types of people in the stands there to watch the most popular show around. Meanwhile backstage, Anne was getting nervous for the first time ever!

Anne's POV:
         I didn't know what was wrong with me. I felt some sort of knot type thing in my stomach, my hands were shaking, and my breathing was rather irregular. I normally never feel like this before a show! I am usually always so excited to get out there and give it my all, but tonight I feel anxious! I have got to tell Phillip that there was something wrong with me!

Phillip's POV:
     I see Anne backstage pacing a bit and clenching her fists, a sure sign of her getting nervous. I've never seen her nervous about her performance, but I have seen her nervous about other things. I walk over to her, putting my hand over her shoulder.

     "What's going on?" I asked her.

     "What do you mean?" She flinched back.

     "You seem off. What's wrong?"

     "I'm just a bit nervous. What are people going to think of us?" She stopped for a moment, clearly pondering something else to say. "What will they think of me?"

     "If anyone has negative things to say about us, they are stupid. There's nothing wrong with us getting married. And I'll be with you the whole time."

     "Thank you, Phillip."

     "Of course, Anne. Now, get ready! We've got a show to put on!"

      Phillip runs out onto center stage, preparing for the big announcement.

    "Let's give it up for our lovely singing group, led by the wonderful Lettie!" He says before applause is heard.

   "Now, before our lovely finale happens, I do have a very important announcement to make, but I'm going to need some help. Could I have my lovely associate Anne Wheeler join me onstage?" Phillip says before Anne walks out onto stage right next to him.

  "Now, onto the announcement. As some of you may remember, Anne is my long time girlfriend, and we love each other very much. We have been together for quite a while, and we believed it was time to start the next chapter in our lives. Anne, would you like to give the announcement?" Phillip asks her.

   "Of course. Well, Phillip and I are pleased to announce that... WE'RE ENGAGED!" Anne says before the entire audience erupts with cheers and clapping. "Now, let the finale begin!", Phillip says. Anne runs away to start her final tricks.

     Anne begins her routine, and Phillip smiles knowing the audience approved and that Anne had everything under control.

     Wait- what's that sound?

     And why is the rope moving that way?

     Suddenly the rope began slipping down super fast and Anne was falling with it. All good things must come to an end. A final scream was heard from Anne. The last thing Anne heard was the loudest scream from Phillip, and then it all went black.
