AUTHOR'S NOTE!

hello friends!!!

the title says it all. i was at a very odd time in my life when i first started WHSM, and frankly, i'm embarrassed looking back at the original chapters LOL. although my plan was to complete this fic and eventually go back and edit it, i got hit with major writers block, so i feel like this might make the process easier. i've been on hiatus for a while and i miss writing and i miss #staurie so fuck it, we're doing a revamp!

my main focus will be fixing up filler chapters/scenes and better fleshing out laurie's backstory and character. i also plan to fix the pacing of her relationship with steve (specifically in season 3) because looking back, there's a lot of things i'd do much differently now.

the major plot points and staurie scenes will stay the same, so i won't expect you all to reread if you don't want to! in saying that, i will keep the older chapters up as i begin the rewriting process.
