Kriya's bidaai was done and Shreya was very sad on losing the love of her life but that love made her weak and she sacrificed. Few Months Later:
Shreya's condition had worsened now. She had told everyone about it but none knew her identity. Kriya had called on her phone to talk to her. 'Hallo Shreya, how's you?' Kriya asked. 'Fine and you. I want God to call me as soon as possible.'

'I m fine and don't you dare to say this Shreya, I will kill you idiot, I had called to tell you that you're going to be a maasi soon,' Kriya said and Shreya smiled. She fainted in his arms and tears dripped from his eyes. They reached hospital and he lifted her in his arms once again and went inside and called out for help. Nurses came with stretcher and he made her lay on it and they took her to emergency ward. He saw that she was holding her hand all the way there and he left her hand keeping it on her stomach and she was taken inside.

Shreya was on the verge of dying and now Kriya had told him about the truth as she couldn't stand her sister's pain and moreover, Shlok's pain. You betrayed me? You knew I love Shreya, then also you did all this?' Kunaal lost his temper. 'Read this letter, its by Shreya,' she said handing him a folded piece of paper.

It said, Now that you know about the truth so there's no point of lying, I m going far away from you, I have brain cancer and so I didn't wanted you to see me die, if you can then please forgive me but you'll always see my face daily in Kriya's face, when you both have your own kids then if a girl is born, give her my name, and yes remember that is me and she has come back to love you once again, I know you might be crying.

He wiped his tears. 'Forgive me Kriya, I will love this child more than anyone in this world but now I want to meet my Shreya,' he said. OK but please make me meet Shlok as well, he's angry on me,' she said. He nodded and left from there. Shlok entered the room after some time and she gave him a sudden hug. Kunaal went to Shreya and hugged her tightly as well.

After some days, Shreya was breathing her last. Kriya's baby was also born. She gave her baby in her arms. 'See baby. Maasi is going. 'Shreyaaa!' Kriya screamed shaking her shoulders. All started crying vigorously. Shlok hugged Kriya as she was uncontrollable. Soon it was time for her funeral and she was burnt to ashes which were immersed in the lake, Kunaal always tries finding Shreya in Kriya as they had same faces, he always kept himself in an imagination that Kriya is her Shreya.

They name their baby girl Shreya according to Shreya's wish.

After five years:
Shlok's love had increased with time and he never thought to see Kriya with someone else and so he committed suicide as now he was all alone. Kriya was once again saddened on losing him all over again. Naintara was even more worried for her as she was completely in depression but Kunaal handled her always.

Day came for little Shreya's birthday. The Singh's were celebrating her birthday and they cut the cake. L.Shreya fed her and she fed Kriya then Kunaal then Pinky and then Tej. In the last she went to Shreya's photo and pointed at the cake in her hand looking at her photo. 'Maasi, today is my birthday, and you're not here? Very bad ha, I miss you although I never met you,' she said and Kriya went to her and picked her up. If she would've been here, she would've been very happy to see you my little angel.'

'But mumma, maasi always comes whenever I am lonely, she comes and plays with me mumma,' L.Shreya told her. 'Hmm, haha, you only get mumma to joke with, naughty girl,' Kriya said pressing her nose lightly. 'But mumma, if I make you meet her then?' she asked. Kriyaa got teary eyed. 'The ones who die never return,' she said. Mumma please come,' L.Shreya pulled her and she went. 'So many years passed by but still I miss Shreya, whenever I have to call her by name, only then I realize she's Kriya,' Kunaal said sadly.

'She won't be happy if she sees you like this, may she rest in peace,' Naintara said and they had a teary hug. Kriya saw a pencil sketching on it's own. 'Look mumma, I told you she's here,' L.Shreya told her and she smiled. 'Shreya,' Kriya said and the drawing raised on its own which had Priya, Shreya, Kriya, Shlok, Neil and Kunaal in it. Kriya smiled seeing it. The pencil sketched another drawing and raised it to show Kunaal, Kriya and little Shreya. 'Come in front Shreya,' Kriya said and Shreya appeared like an angel, her body glowed. She smiled at both of them and walked further cupping their cheeks.
