SERENA'S POV

I still couldn't believe it, even though I saw it with my own eyes but my mind kept on telling me it was impossible.... That ASH DEFEATED A LEGENDARY POKEMON IN JUST A SINGLE MOVE!! AND ON TOP OF THAT THAT SAME POKEMON WAS BOWING DOWN AT ASH'S FEET AND CALLING HIM LORD!!!
I don't know what to say. Suddenly I snapped from my thoughts as I heard clemont say "I think you will be okay now virizion. "

Virizion quickly replied "I really thank you for your kindness sir". We all were shocked to see virizion talk to clemont with such respect

"You really don't need to treat me with such respect, I only applied medicine on your wounds. " clemont hastily replied.

Virizion just shook her head to the sideways and said "I didn't call you sir,  since you healed me but rather because you are a friend of lord. Someone who is capable enough of earning something as priceless as Lord's friendship certainly needs to be treated with respect."

We all were shocked at virizion's statement. The legendary Pokemon sure knew how to flatter someone. Suddenly miss. Diantha asked her "Tell me virizion, ash said calem didn't deserve your power as he caught you with a masterball. So why did you.... "

Virizion quickly interrupted and said "Follow him..? We legendary Pokemon become partners with humans only on either of two conditions, Either the human gains our trust or overwhelms us with brute strength. And since humans invented pokeballs, we all legendaries agreed and vowed if any human caught us in these pokeballs,we would obey him without question.That imbecile just took advantage of this clause."

We all were shocked at this revelation. I was really starting to wonder whether this was the same calem I knew as a friend. Good thing as teached him a lesson. Also.... Suddenly almost as on que ash entered with some of his clothes torn and with blood on them. I ran to him and screamed"Ash!!! How did this happen?Are you okay now? "
Others too came running but ash simply replied "It's nothing guys, just had a run in with some wild Pokemon. I am okay now." I examined him and found there were no bruises or cuts on his body. I asked him "How come there's  some stains of blood on your clothes if there are no cuts?"

Ash suddenly panicked and said "I-I will just change my clothes quickly now. Bye!! " Ash almost ran to his tent near the river. I just sighed as bonnie gave me a sly grin and said "I know you would have loved to sneak a peek at him now, don't you? " 😜😜
I quickly hid my face in order to try in vain to hide my blush. Arceus.. This kid knows a bit too much!!

In a few moments,  ash got out of his tent wearing a robe and dress that made him look so charming that I literally drooled over him{"As if i wasn't at first! "} If we were alone there then I would have grabbed him and..and.... I mentally shook myself before my thoughts could get any weirder, dirtier and wrong. But still i couldn't help bit admire how handsome he looked.

"You really look good in those clothes ash, don't you all think?"said miss. Diantha.

Bonnie then asked ash, "Yup!You definitely good in this clothes!But I wonder where you got all these clothes from?"

Ash calmly replied, "I got these clothes a long time ago but I decided to wear them today. It really has been a long time since I wore these."

Suddenly Bonnie's had a smug grin on her face and she said "Well, at least someone has been enjoying herself". I blushed furiously while Bonnie's and miss.Diantha laughed heartily.

Ash oblivious to all this just tilted his head sideways cutely. Okay, Serena calm down, you have to be in control of your own selves. My thoughts were quickly snapped as ash said "Shouldn't we be getting moving now miss.diantha?" "Well, it seems there is something wrong with the helicopter so we will have to move by foot it seems.. "
said miss. Diantha.

Ash thought for a second and replied, "I don't think that's a problem with us, so should we get moving?Virizion would you please take Mr.Xavier here with you?"ash said while pointing towards calem, who was still unconscious.

Virizion replied in a slightly annoyed tone"Forgive me Lord, but why should we carry the filthy mortal?Can't we just leave him behind?"

Ash calmly replied with a smug grin on his face "Virizion, I said you to take him with you, not carry him. I think you're smart enough to figure out what needs to be done."

Virizion thought for a second and quickly nodded with a smug grin on her face. She picked up a rope nearby and tied it to calem's leg and held the the other bit in her mouth.

Ash said "Where is the base set up miss. Diantha?".

Miss. Diantha, still unsure of what ash was going to do, replied unsurely "It's at the base of the mountain, not far from here."

Virizion quickly nodded and left running while dragging calem behind her. We all looked at ash in shock as miss. Diantha yelled "Ash!! Stop virizion! If this continues calem will die!"

Ash shook his head and calmly replied, "Don't worry, I instructed virizion to go slow. Mr. Xavier is only getting what he deserves. Besides virizion probably won't go fast enough for him to die. Probably. "Ash said while mainly stressing on probably. We shudderd at Ash's reply and I could only wonder how someone so cute could be so cold?

Regardless, we started moving to get to our destination.

Ash's POV

As we were traveling,I remembered the discussion I had with my old friend

F̤̈L̤̈Ä̤S̤̈Ḧ̤B̤̈Ä̤C̤̈K̤̈ :

As ash wiped the blood from his hands, a blue canine, with spikes protruding from his chest and paws stood behind ash.

Ash identified his presence and slightly chuckled as he said "It's been a long time, hasn't it, old friend?"

The Pokemon only nodded while smiling and said "Yes, it has master. The last we met was 60 years ago, after the Great kantonian War. "

"So, what brings you here lucario?"ash asked him bluntly.

"Don't you think it's time you once again you stepped into the light from the shadows? After all you are a warrior of light. I think it's time that the world sees the return of the..... "

Ash quickly interrupted lucario in an angry tone, almost yelling "I already vowed never to pick my sword again lucario. I have given up my life as a warrior. And in regards to your final statement, I think the past should better remain in the past. Besides, the world no longer requires my presence and my power... "

Ash turned around and was about to leave when lucario said "I respect your opinions master but remember, a wise person once said 'One often finds his destiny on the path he takes to avoid it.. '

Ash quickly turned but he found that lucario had already left. He really hated when he used his very own quotes against him.

My thoughts were interrupted as I heard miss.Diantha shouting "We're here everyone!" I saw virizion waiting for us with a triumphant look on her face. I went towards her and asked if she was okay. Miss. Diantha checked if calem was okay and found that even though he was covered in cuts and bruises, he was somehow okay. He would make a great training dummy for me I think. Then I saw a sight which I thought I never would see... All the champions of the regions assembled before my eyes. They too saw me and all shouted at the same time "ASH!!?" They then looked at each other with evident confusion. Oh boy... This is going to be a long day... (And a long chapter!😂😂😂)

TIME SKIP, OUTSIDE THE LODGE

The champions then proceeded to explain each other how they met me.

Lance, Kanto's and Johto's champion, was the first to speak said, "I first met ash when he was in johto while he helped me stop team rocket. "

Suddenly Steven stone, champion of hoenn said "He was as the one who helped me take down team magma and aqua!"

Suddenly Cynthia, Sinnoh's champion said "Well, he was the one who stopped team galactic from capturing dialga and palkia!"

The unovan champion alder too spoke up and said "Well, I found him as he was helping me take down team plasma from awakening reshiram and stopped it before it could battle with zekrom!"

Once alder was finished, I realized two things :

One:I definitely am going to be bombarded with a Lot of questions

Two: The champions really do have a bad habit of interrupting people, don't they?

As I expected, Clemont shouted and asked, "Ash! Why didn't you tell us you helped the champions take down almost all the evil teams of the world!!!?"

Bonnie's too got up and asked "Also, why didn't you tell us you met so many legendaries?!!"

Serena just sat there with a shocked look on her face. Before they could ask me any more questions, I stood up and said "First listen to me guys. I did not tell you about all this because this topic was never brought up. Trust me guys, I had no intention of hiding it from you. "

Suddenly cynthia asked diantha where she met me to which she replied, "Well, remember the trainer with a special greninja which can access a form similar to Mega evolution but without use of any special stones? Well, ash is that trainer!"

All the champions looked at me with their eyes wide open. Diantha must have said that I must be strong. Suddenly cynthia got up and proclaimed that she wanted to battle me. Soon all of them started quarreling over who should get to battle me.

Suddenly diantha stood and said “I don't think that any of you have much of a chance against him since he  defeated virizion, the legendary Pokemon in a single move. ” All of them looked towards diantha with their eyes wide open in shock. “Besides, I am going to be the first one to battle him!.” I mentally facepalmed myself.

Oh virizion.. Why did you have to be caught my that camel?. Suddenly virizion appeared and said“Lord, did you summon me?” virizion said while bowing down to me.  To say the others were shocked was an understatement.

I was quickly bombarded with questions like why virizion was calling me Lord and how I met her. I somehow calmed them down while diantha and my friends explained the situation to them.

After the explanation, lance  said “Well it was a good thing you helped virizion escape. Such an incompetent trainer shouldn't have a legendary.” I waved  my hands in front of me as I said, “I was just doing my duty. ”

Suddenly cynthia asked diantha the same question I was wondering, “Why do you keep that idiot as your student anyway diantha?” Diantha sighed and replied “Well, his mother was an old friend of mine and I promised her to take her son as my student when he grew up. I too didn't want him but our family tradition dictates never to break a vow!”

Now I understand why she was tolerating that idiot. But it was quite noble of her to uphold her vow. But then again, like father, like daughter. “But I wonder, what is so important that it brings the champions of the six regions together??” I asked the champions.

Cynthia just looked at me, smiling and said “Well,we're here for an important excavation of an ancient site, a temple to be exact.”

Curious, I asked them, “Can we all too come along?”

The champions just looked at each other with serious faces while Steven said “Are you sure ash? It's quite a dangerous place filled with traps.  But you still want to come?” “Of course! There's nothing we're afraid of! Right guys!?” I said confidently. The others too raised their hands and cheered in confirmation.

The champions thought for a moment and alder said, “Very well ash. You all can come if you want. ” We all cheered in excitement but most of all bonnie.

I paused and asked the champions out of curiosity, “But to whom is the temple dedicated  to?” Then Lance casually replied, “Well, it is dedicated to the last  Aura Guardian.”
After hearing this, I wanted to punch someone in frustration as I felt I striked down my own leg with an axe. To add insult to injury, I could sense the aura of a blue canine in the woods, who  was trying to hold back his laughter and failing miserably at it while having a “I told you so” look on his face. I  sighed and thought “What did I get myself into??”

SORRY GUYS FOR THE LONG DELAY BUT MY EXAMS WERE GOING AND THIS WAS THE LONGEST CHAPTER I EVER WROTE! 2197 words on a mobile isn't easy you know!
But many of you may be wondering how ash was around the Great kanto War 60 years ago! It isn't some typing error or some time travel stuff but ash was literally alive and kicking at that time. It will be revealed how it is possible in the future. I just thought this small idea in order to explain why ash never ages. So..
