[Monstrous Man observes the carnage around him. Seemingly everyone else involved in the battle is knocked out except him and Enoch, who's possessed by the combat rage.]

Enoch: You! Bastard! This is all your fault! Your stupidity created Apocagax! Now the Earth is doomed! And people say that I'M the villian!

Monstrous Man: You are the villian, Enoch!

Enoch: Not this time! This time you brought ruin to the world! MY world! You've ruined ALL my plans, and I'm going to make you pay!

[They fight. While Enoch's armor is an attempt to duplicate Monstrous Man's powers, it's a pale imitation of the real deal. Monstrous Man manages to beat his nemesis unconscious.]

Monstrous Man: You've caused me trouble for the last time!

[Monstrous Man becomes a Carapaceon and tries to kill Enoch, but Murasaki suddenly jumps in front of Enoch, stopping the enraged Monstrous Man from going any further.]

Murasaki: Monstrous Man, stop!

Monstrous Man: Back off!

Murasaki: You're under the influence of rage, Dax! You have to fight it!

Monstrous Man: My powers are finally returning to full strength and this is where it ends, Enoch! Now I'm going to finish you once and for all!

Murasaki: If you're not going to fight it, then I'll beat it out of you!

[They fight. Try as he may, Murasaki is no match for Superman with his powers back at their maximum. The Axe Taimanin is beaten down to her knees.]

Murasaki: Dax...honey, I know you can hear me! Look at yourself! Look at what you're doing! You're trying to kill me!

[Monstrous Man readies another punch, but Murasaki still struggles to her feet.]

Monstrous Man: Stay down or I'll--

Monstrous Man: If we lose here, if you lose to the rage...then the Earth is doomed.

[The words finally reach Monstrous Man.]

Murasaki: I'm not going to give up, darling. I never give up and neither do you!

[Monstrous Man falls to his knees. Yellow mist begins to pour off him. He screams out in pain...and the rage leaves him.]

Monstrous Man: Yatsu, I hear you, honey. You're right. It was my mistake that created that thing. I have to stop it.

Murasaki: Not alone. Vilgax himself nearly killed you. This "Apocalypse" creature is much more powerful.

[Monstrous Man pats his girlfriend on the shoulder, then becomes Wingdrake.]

Monstrous Man: Thank you, Yatsu.

[Monstrous Man flies toward the palace in the distance.]

Murasaki: Damn impulsive as usual...good luck.

[Monstrous Man is ready for the final battle. Will Dax Tennyson make it?]
